I just bought a ticket for Robert Nicholas on a train from Utica to NYC. I didn’t put in an active email and also was never given a confirmation or was sent an email. However my card was charged. I believe the ticket may have been sent to *****@***.com. Again that email is unable to be used and need the ticket to be sent to my proper email is *****@***.com Also I really think you guys need a customer service phone number. *-Caitlin Carty
