I bought a TV and an extended warranty at Walmart. I have one year left on it. I recently submitted a claim about an issue with my TV to Asurion, but they denied it. I feel frustrated and believe the extended warranty might not be trustworthy. My claim number is [redacted], and I provided all the necessary information when filing the claim. I am 83 years old, and I suspect they are delaying hoping I will give up. I plan to contact the consumer affairs office in SC next.

I bought a Vizio flat-screen TV, Roku, and Vizio soundbar at Sam's Club a little over a year ago with warranties. From the start, the sound has been inconsistent, with tweeters sounding blown or staticky, and many connectivity problems. This includes sudden disconnections of the soundbar and subwoofer during shows, overheating of the Roku plug, random system resets requiring lengthy setup again, etc. I suspect either the Roku or the Soundbar is faulty. On 02/25/[redacted], I purchased two cell phones and paid for them in cash, along with the protection plan for each. Unfortunately, I misplaced my receipt. When I contacted customer service at Walmart, they couldn't locate my receipt due to the cash payment. They advised that if I had used a debit card, they could have retrieved it. They suggested contacting the protection plan company and explained that having the boxes the phones came in would help, as the company could use the numbers on the box to verify the purchase and the protection plan. I initiated my claim on May 6, [redacted]. I am encountering extreme difficulty reaching the [redacted] number to address an issue with an email from the Walmart Care Plan. The email is not allowing me to select a replacement due to a problem with my email and/or SR# entry. After finally getting through on May 12, the representative promised to resend the email, but I never received it. Now, as I attempt to contact the [redacted] number to report the problem, I am repeatedly disconnected. Please assist. I have exhausted all efforts, and now I need Walmart Care Plan to intervene. - TF

I am Victoria Rainis and my Warranty Order number is: #[redacted]-[redacted]. My Greenworks lawn mower, which is less than 3 years old, has experienced several issues. Firstly, there seems to be a problem with either the battery charger or the battery itself, as it intermittently shows as fully charged but fails to run the lawn mower. Secondly, the right front wheel is bent, affecting the mower's maneuverability. Thirdly, the rear shield has become completely detached. Lastly, the handle's padding is almost completely worn out.

Hello, Despite following all the provided instructions, the picture quality on the projector remains consistently blurry, proving ineffective troubleshooting tips were attempted. Tip #4 addressing resolution adjustments in the input signal remains unclear. The lens and focus adjustable knob on page 9 does not provide any resolution adjustment, contradicting the user manual's guidance. The trapezoidal adjustable knob only alters the screen's vertical position, proving unhelpful in improving picture quality. Investing $[redacted] in this projector has left me dissatisfied with the lack of user-friendly instructions and the non-functional knobs. I purchased an Onn 8" Surf tablet in February with Model Number [redacted]85. I have noticed that the area around the charging port has swelled, more so on one side, causing it to be displaced. This issue was alarming as I detected a burning smell, fortunately, I caught it before it escalated. We only charge the tablet about twice a week and never leave it charging overnight as a precaution. I have invested in a $60 protective case for the tablet, as I believe in caring for my devices to prolong their lifespan. I would greatly appreciate a replacement for the tablet to prevent a recurrence of this issue. I have taken photos of the problem for reference. The safety concern is heightened, especially with my 4-year-old being in close proximity when the incident occurred. Your prompt attention to this matter is sincerely appreciated. I bought a 50-inch Element HD Smart TV as a floor model. They didn't provide me with the box or manual. I registered it but had issues with the remote not working well and the back button failing. Now, the back button is completely pushed in and the remote does not work at all. I filed a claim before Christmas in [redacted], and was told there would be a delay due to COVID-19. I purchased a Shark upright canister vacuum back in December of last year. Recently, I contacted Shark customer service for troubleshooting via video chat to address issues with my vacuum. The representative identified that I need to replace the wand, handle, and hose. The hose is cracked, leaking air, and doesn't lock into the canister properly. Additionally, the handle has a crack near the switch. When the vacuum is on, the wand doesn't secure tightly, causing the brushes to stop working while in use. I have a lifetime warranty through Walmart for this vacuum with the model number ZU632 and Q03K2606F4R8.

I purchased a 65-inch TV last year during Black Friday deals. When I went to pick it up, they were out of stock and provided me with a 70-inch Onn Roku television instead. However, last week the TV started turning on, flashing quickly, then going black. Although the sound still works when buttons are pressed, I have attempted various troubleshooting steps, including holding the reset button, performing a hard reset, and unplugging it for hours, but the issue persists. My phone is broken, and I am eager to complete my claim. After I submitted a claim, I was advised to take it to a repair shop, where they deemed it irreparable due to the extent of the damage. I have been without a phone for quite some time now, struggling to reach a customer service representative. This situation is incredibly frustrating, especially considering the fees I pay for this service. I purchased jewelry on December 24th and need to register the protection plan. I have tried online and even downloaded the app, but I'm still unable to complete the registration. I bought a Mainstay Microwave from Walmart in Nashville, NC in November [redacted] with a 2-year warranty. In March [redacted], it started sparking and even caused a flame when in use. When I tried to return it, I was informed after 90 days it was not possible. The 1-[redacted] number on the box directed me back to Walmart. Despite explaining this to customer service, the store manager never contacted me. After several attempts, I was given the wrong website address for Mainstay. Even after showing the mistake, Walmart did not respond. I just want to return the microwave and get my $56 refund. The protection plan I got with it cannot be utilized as it's been under 2 years since the purchase.

I bought a new Nokia cell phone on August 1, [redacted]. Three days ago, my phone froze and stopped working. It doesn't power on, and the screen is blank. Unfortunately, I don't have the box or receipt anymore. I contacted my local Walmart, but they couldn't assist because returns are only within 14 days with the box and receipt. I recently purchased an item but need to exchange it for a new one as it is no longer working. I bought the Product Product Plan, but unfortunately, I can't locate my receipt. I kept the original box, which has the serial number on it, thinking the receipt was inside. The cashier assured me during the purchase that the receipt was not necessary as Walmart would facilitate the exchange without any issues. But now, I find myself in need of the receipt, hence I saved the box and receipt until this point.

I purchased a TV on Nov 27, [redacted] from walmart.com and also got insurance for it. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted the online receipt Walmart sent me. Now, the Allstate warranty company is requesting the receipt to process a claim, but Walmart doesn't have a record of the purchase from three years ago. The total amount paid was $[redacted].86 with taxes and insurance included. It's frustrating because my TV is not working, and no one seems willing to take responsibility for the situation.

I recently bought a laptop from Walmart online, but it was actually a third-party sale on their website. Unfortunately, the laptop is now not working, and even though it's under warranty, the warranty administrators are giving me a hard time for the past three months. Hi, I noticed that Hi-boy offers a 12-month warranty on their scooter. I think it would be more beneficial if the Walmart protection plan begins after this initial year. Starting the Walmart plan on 5/25/24 with coverage until 5/25/28 would ensure I maximize the coverage period without overlapping with Hi-boy's warranty. Best regards, William H.

I unboxed the TV, assembled the stands, and powered it on only to notice light escaping from the top part of the screen. The screen seems misaligned with the TV frame; it appears the plastic molding is warped, leaving a gap where internal light can be seen. It's like the screen material is slightly curved and doesn't fit properly in the square frame. I would like to request an exchange for a new TV.
