on ********** I bought two cell phones paid both with cash also paid the protection plan on both cell phones.i went to the Walmart I bought them phones at because the receipt was misplaced at some time.customer service said since I paid with cash they could not pull up my receipt with my protection plan,they could if I bought them on a debt card,they told me to get ahold of the protection plan company n explain to them what had happened n they will help me out as long as I still have the the box the cell phones came in because of the numbers your company can pull that information off the box so it can till u I bought n paid for the protection plan on both phones...my name is Valerie my email is *****@***.com my cell number is ***-***-**** please let me know what else I can provide for u to help me out with this issue,,thx much
