I purchased a Scepter **" *K tv and have been having sound issues for over * months. The tv sound quality got worse over time so i bought a sound bar and that took care of my displeasure for a while. Then the sound just went out completely. After trial and error I got the sound back to the sound bar using an Optical cord....Now no sound again...I have tried several different remedies i found online and did get the tv speakers to work after unplugging tv for ** minutes then holding power button for * minute then plugging tv back in and turning on, this works for about a minute and then no sound again !

GetHuman-jgklein did not yet indicate what Walmart Product Care Plan should do to make this right.
