I have registered my tablet protection care plan over the phone. Was sent a shipping sticker as discussed for my tablet to get replaced and will receive an email containing scan*bar code for cost of tablet to get a replacemnt as discussed within ** hours. Waited a week. Now they ask for a receipt and they have my tablet. Normal?
