file a claim and get a replacement ... Well i have made a claim for a product, the Beat X wireless since Dec ** and i never got any notification of whats going on with the claim. I have been without earbuds since then, this is just horrible service. I had trouble even getting my products to see and this has not been a good experience. I tried to file another claim and once I just finished it said there was an error and it told me to contact the chat and when I did, it said they were busy. So I contacted them the next day and the same thing. Horrible help service. Now once I was able to see the first claim I made it showed, that return label is being shipped but its been more than a month since the claim! I want working earbuds as soon as possible. that's the only way to resolve the issue. The same earbuds or better.
I never got anything confirming the claim, nor did I ever get the return label
Get me a replacement asap
