I filed claim **********, after filing claim ********** in August for my daughters mobile phone. The claim after much run around was finally processed and SUPPOSEDLY paid on *******, but a check was never received after waiting over * weeks til ******* (* weeks). On ****, I was told a new check would be mailed to give it a couple more weeks. On ***** the check was still not received and I called back to find out the check was never mailed on or after ****. I spoke with a manager "Andy" who I was told today was Fernando. "Fernando" told me on ***** after understanding this has gone on too long and and the **** processing never happened. He guaranteed me an expedited check would be sent that day and to give it * days. Repeatedly I asked him if it would be mailed in * days, or I would receive it in * days. He said it would be received by me within * days. He said he would make it a priority and follow the claim and call me when the check was sent. I have never received an email*text* or call.*Today *******, I called again. After jumping through all the phone hoops again, transferred again, no mail phone number given to call back the dept I needed, again, I was told the expedited request was sent in, but still not processed. He talked with someone and they said it has been processed, but still no check approved and cut but after it is final approved, it will be received by me in * days. But they can not give me a date etc of when the check will be mailed, overnight, tracking number, NOTHING. I said I wanted to speak to a manager, he tried to put me off then put me on hold. I sat on hold for over * minutes with someone checking to see if I was still on the line, then the music would play again until they simply hung up on me!!! This is beyond ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would like the check cut and overnight to me TODAY with a tracking number. ***.***.**** Melissa Durr
