I received a $** replacement phone for one that I paid S*** for! It barely works! The screen is tiny with no stylus. I was supposed to receive on of equal or greater value according to the warranty. I got in contact with a chat now person and they told me that tough..I picked that one out. I wasn't given a choice of an equal phone! I couldn't tell that this phone was inferior from the picture with no details available. *If this is all you can offer I want to send this phone back and get a refund on my policy. I spent $** on a policy for a phone that wants me to settle for a $** phone? I don't think so! *I will be contacting people until I get this issue resolved. *My phone number is ***-***-****
