I had item from order * ************* and it's replacement returned to walmart . These items were picked up by Cannpar on September **. I have the receipt from Canpar. I am still awaiting my return credit and have been told that Canpar has not notified Walmart that there items have been returned. I have been in touch with customer service many times and am told that I will receive the refund in * days. I have been told this more than three times. This complaint has been escalated twice the last number being *** *** *** ***. I am a senior on a fixed income and need this refund. Please address this at your earliest. Thank you.
