Order two that were on sale. ... Hello, I am contacting you regarding an order that my wife placed on your website for two chairs. On Sep.* my wife placed the order (Order * *************). At the completion of the order she was given a estimated delivery date of Oct. *.**Having not received any updates on the ETA of her order, my wife decided to follow up with your customer service department. To her dismay she was informed that her order was cancelled from your end. No reason was given, no explanation. My wife then requested that the order be placed again at the price that was advertised when she originally placed her order as the items were on sale at that time but aren't any longer.*She was informed that the order could be placed again however not at the sale price. What sort of customer service is this? An order is cancelled on your end for no reasons given to her and this is the response that she is given. Mistakes happen, no question but she did not make them.*To say that she is disappointed with your company would be an understatement. She is a loyal Walmart shopper but if this situation is not resolved to her satisfaction she will never shop at your stores again. *Please take the necessary corrective actions to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
I have many other retail options and am prepared to boycott Walmart forever.
