On December *th, I submitted an online order to Walmart Photo Centre, order no. *******. It was a **x** metal plaque and I had downloaded ** pictures that were to be printed on the plaque. On December **rd, I received an email stating that my order was ready to be picked up at the Walmart location I requested. I picked up the parcel and when I got home and opened it, I was shocked to see that it wasn't the metal plaque that I ordered and it didn't have the pictures that I had downloaded. Instead, it was a picture of someone else's kid. This was very discouraging as my order was a Christmas present for my wife and the pictures were from our European vacation that we had taken this year for our **th wedding anniversary. I called Walmart Photo Centre and they apologized and refunded my money, but I'm still very upset that this happened. How can online orders get mixed up like that and the wrong picture sent to me? This also means that someone else got a wrong order and my metal plaque was sent to the wrong person. Or maybe my order was never actually processed? I have no way of knowing. I just wanted to bring this to your attention because there needs to be checks put in place where online photo orders cannot be sent to the wrong person.*Thanks.**Eric Teichroew*Winnipeg, MB
