Help with my Walmart (Canada) issue

I ordered an activity gym for my daughter weeks ago and it was suppose to be delivered to the cranbrook location may *th and it still hasn't come in. Order number **********. Ive tried tracking the order but it won't work. When I call to track it says may *th but it is the **th. For some reason on my email it says it is estimated to arrive on the **th,but that was not the case when I ordered it. It has also already been charged to my card weeks ago. I would have got it from somewhere else if I knew it was going to take a month.

GetHuman-kirbykor did not yet indicate what Walmart (Canada) should do to make this right.

I called the number provided on this website. They told me my parcel has been lost in transit. They said I can cancel it or wait for it to come in. I said I would wait. At this point I’ve already waited * weeks and ordering from somewhere else will take a while as well.. they said it should be here this week or next. I don’t know if the situation is actually fixed but I have insight as to what happened.
