Help with my Walmart (Canada) issue

Photo Centre - Photo Order - Reference ******-***-****- Dec. *, **** - ordered online * copies *x**, * copies *x**, * copy *x** and * copy *x* (********) **- Dec. **, **** - went to store to inquire on status and told store machine was down and I was to call customer service to resubmit order. Called customer service and was on hold for **** hours and had to call back and was told order was resubmitted (********, *******, *******, *******)**- Dec. **, **** - email indicated completed ordered only contained * copy of my *x** (not * and * as originally ordered). Told someone would call back - no one called. Told I could not not cancel original order and re-order**- Dec **, **** - followed up on order. Told someone would call back - no one called. **- Dec. **, **** - followed up. Told original order for the *x**s was resubmitted (********, *******, *******) and assured that it contains a total of ** prints even though the email said * copy of the *x**.*- Dec. **, **** - went to pick up order and the completed order only contained * copy of each of the *x** (* in total)*- The person at the store said that this has happened to other customers. He was very nice and scanned the prints that I was short but the scans were not the same as the original picture (the edges were chopped off)**I would like to get copies of my *x** as ordered online (without the edges cut off). **I would also like to know:*- why I was not advised that there was a problem with the store machine until went to the inquire at the store (a week later) and then told my order could not be completed until I called to customer service *- why twice customer service asked for my phone number and said they would call back but never did. I had to call to follow up *- why the orders resubmitted by your customer service only contained * copy and not the multiple copies as originally ordered
