Help please with a supervisor Order Number:**********. Hello,**I placed an online order with Walmart on November **. Order Number:This is an order comprised of daily items and groceries needed. Walmart always delivers within two days. It isn't Canada Post because they sent it out via Canpar. The last tracking information that was inputted in their system was a label was created on November **. I could not be more dissatisfied when I call in and they have no idea where it is or how to contact Canpar? They send an email and ask me to call back in another two days to chase my order more? I have already had to order it from a grocery store. This has been a great inconvenience and added expense. **I want this entire order cancelled and a full refund issued as soon as possible. When I call in the tracking number they tell me December **th is the expected delivery day. I'm sorry but in **** and a company as large as Walmart, not acceptable. Why am I waiting three weeks for cereal, soups, crackers, toilet paper and other items I needed a week ago? **If I was not disabled I would drive and pick up everything I needed but I rely on your service for my families survival due to a health condition where I cannot leave my home.**And now I have to pay more money to order all of these items elsewhere. This would never happen with Amazon. Just saying. **I need a supervisor or management escalation with this order. It's gone too far and it requires someone with the ability to make decisions and not send an email to a courier and have me call back in two days. I know how this goes. It's happened before. This is beginning to be the same as calling Rogers and Bell. No resolutions.
