Walmart Finance don’t want to communicate with me to find out why my order was cancelled. Bank says no prob with credit card

Order a TV ... Order number ********** Ordered tv online Nov **. Nov **Walmart emails me order cancelled no reason given. Call them they say prob with credit card. I say no, cust serv to escalate issue there’s a glitch in system. I hear nothing. Nov ** have online chat - says I must call my financial institution - I do. Financial institution says no prob with card. Give me auth code. I call Walmart back Nov ** give auth code. They’re giving to finance & I’ll get an email **-** hrs. Nov ** still no word from Walmart. Call cust serv Nov** ask for manager. He (Ted) says prob with the info I gave on my card but can’t tell me what. Can’t speak to finance either!! Don’t know problem at Walmart - he says he’ll ask finance to contact me. No one can tell me problem. Other orders from Costco and amazon processed and received using credit card since this started with Walmart. So completely unacceptable and abysmal customer service. I want an answer!! I’ll go to corporate US if I have to. It is so wrong to leave your customers without answers and frustrated!!
I’ve spoken to * customer service reps including * online chat and a cust service manager. They won’t give me info I might need to help fix what they say is a problem!
They could communicate with me to fix the issue rather than just telling me it’s the bank and they can’t tell me anything. apologize for the run around I’ve had and to try and get to the bottom of the problem and at this point give me a discount
I have shopped at Walmart stores since they came to Canada. I have never ordered online with them. I do with other retailers and never a problem except with Walmart
I reached out on the Facebook messenger site - they just gave me scripted answers that didn’t answer to problem and they just let it go. When I followed up there they told me the finance Dept makes the decisions and they can’t help me. They didn’t even offer to escalate my concern but shut me down.
