I went shopping today for Black Friday deals at the Portage La Prairie store * **** Walmart. Got there early went right for the TV, I asked the workers there if I paid for a **" Sanyo Smart TV that was on sale for $***.** if I would be able to leave it at the costumer service desk so I could go on and continue shopping. They said that I could so I went ahead and purchased the **" Sayno TV and *- **" RCA TV Total came to ****.**. I kept the * **" tv in my cart and they took the **" up to the front. I went about my business and finished up the rest of my shopping witch took me about another hour. I paid for the reminder of my stuff and took it out to my van then came back in to pick up my **" TV. I go to the back to where I paid for it because the lady that said she would remember me I get there and was told my TV was up at the front, witch I already knew. I go to the front to ask for my TV and was told that someone had already picked it up. I told them there must be a mistake because no one but myself was going to be picking it up. They looked all over the store for this TV then called for management to come down. Once they showed up they took a picture of my receipt and went into watch the Video, I had to sit there while they locked them self in a room for over an hour with my * month infant and very pregnant friend, every now and then someone would come out and ask me a question. I felt like they were trying to insinuate that I had stole this TV. They kept coming out telling me that some guy picked it up and I kept telling them that no one should have picked it up but myself. How did someone pick up the TV that I paid for? I have the receipt, don"t the serial number off the TV have to match the serial number on the receipt? I was so stressed out at the fact that I felt like they were trying to make it out that I had something to do with this TV being missing. they finally came out of the room over an hour later and said that they would have to call in the RCMP in to do a further investigation and that they would get the RCMP to get in contact with me, I proceeded to tell them that I was not leaving without a refund of the TV or my TV. I come to find out that they hadn't even called for the RCMP yet and this was an hour and a half later. I felt like they were just telling me they would be contacting to RCMP to see if I would give up and just leave. Seriously again I felt as tho they were accusing me of stealing the TV. I told them to go right ahead and contact the RCMP because I had nothing to hide. Within about * minutes of me tell them to go right ahead and contact the RCMP they came up to me and said they would give me a full refund for the TV. The manager of the store was really rude about the whole situation, asking me why I didn't take the TV out right away, and what I did with my other TV's when she just watched the video for over an hour and knows that I kept them in my cart the whole time. I told her that I had other shopping to do and didn't want to leave the TV sitting in my van so it didn't get stolen. I took the refund for the TV and I did end up purchasing another TV because really that was the main thing I went for. They told me the RCMP would be in contact with me but they never asked for any information other than my Drivers License Number. Never asked for a phone number to contact me or nothing. I was super frustrated to annoyed with the whole situation. I have never stolen a thing in my life and have also never been accused of steeling anything before that I seriously felt like I was going to have a panic attack, I was so embarrassed and have never had to deal with anything like this in my whole life. I feel even tho I got a refund for my purchase that I wasted over an hour waiting for them to figure out what they were going to do, that something should be done. I ended up missing out on other deals at other stores cause I was held up dealing with this for so long. Please get back to me with may further questions you may have. **Thanks *Dusti
