Location: **** Ogilvie rd, ottawa Ontario. *I order some products online to be delivered at the location above. I received an email stating it was in store (order *. **********). They said to *:Arrive at Walmart during store hours, *: call the local number and an accociate will bring out your order. We will be there as quick as we can, *:thats it you will be on your way in minutes. So I got to the store and they do not have any parking spots for online orders. So I parked in front and called the number. The girl answered and asked my name and asked where I was. I said I was parked out front. She said she couldn’t see me. I said I was the only car parked out front. Again I look and don’t see her. So I walk into the store and she is past the carpet in the front entrance. I said don’t you normally bring the product out. She said no. I showed her the email and she said we bring it out of the back. She then took nearly ** minutes to find it. I then went to talk to a manager. An older large gentleman approached me and I went over my concern with the process and showed him the email. He also stated we are not a super store, we only bring it out of the back. I said that is not what the email states. It’s the same email you get at any Walmart store and they bring it out to you. I then went into the mall and opened the package and it was the other package I ordered and have not received an email for it yet. So I call back and the same girl answers (that I got the order from) and I tell her it’s not the right order that is accociated with the email I got. She said she would call me back. After about ** minutes I go back to the customer service desk and explain my situation. As I had just walked past the girl that said she was working on my order. They try calling her up * or * times. No answer and I’m just standing there still. I ask another associate and he tells another girl to give me a **$ gift card. He goes for another ** minutes looking for my order. Finally comes back and says the girl was not aware of our online process. I said I guess the manager I talked to doesn’t know either? He gave me another gift card of **$ and said the person in charge of online orders is in at *:**. At this point I was there for over an hour from start to finish trying to get this order. I do not receive a call. So I call back at *:**. I get told my order was cancelled and will be refunded. I ordered my item on sale and they do not sell in store. So there may not be a way to get these items for Christmas for my daughters. I would like to receive a response for this.
