I placed an order for a Star Wars The Black Series Darth Vader Premium Electronic Helmet (order number ********** tracking number ****************) . I placed the order with the confidence that I was told the product could be picked up at the store on October **th ****. The product was needed by October **th, it did not arrive on the **th of October.* I began to track it with the order and tracking number provided. I got nowhere with that, I was put through to the help line in the Philippines. The people I spoke with were very nice but had none of the tools needed to help me. They would recite policy and told me that whatever the arrival date is that they automatically add three days to that. *I was shocked ! I asked why customers are not told this at the time of placing the order and that could not be explained to me. I have been a loyal Walmart customer for decades ! If I had been informed that there was an inside policy that three days are added to ETAs I would have gone with another vendor and come back to Walmart for other purchases. While I waited for the product to arrive I got an add from Amazon for the same product at a lower price!* I called them and they informed me that if ordered today, which at the time was October **th that I was guaranteed delivery to my home! on November *nd. It is now November *rd and the product still has not arrived. I spoke to another lady at your call center this evening and was told that at this point the product is probably not going to arrive so she could process a refund for me!*I do not want to explain how that made me feel. We live in a customer service based world now, everyone sells the same products at around the same price. What makes a customer decide who to place their order with is based on the customer service they receive.* I can tell you that this experience has shaken my confidence in the Walmart distribution system and the feedback I got from your help center left me disappointed. I have explained what happened, this is how I would like to see it resolved.*I would like to have the product reordered and expedited to my home in the quickest possible manner. *I also request that once I receive it that I be refunded for the product in full because of the absolutely terrible customer service I have received. *On top of all of that, I would hope to expect at least a courtesy phone call or email from Walmart to let me know that they appreciate my decades of loyalty and that they look forward to maintaining my patronage in the decades to come. * yours truly * Gerald Cameron
