In May of **** I purchased a kids guitar (third party seller is Best Choice Products). I didn’t open it until the last day of June as it was an end of school gift for my son. We hooked it up, batteries in the amp but no sound came out. Blue amp light was on but no sound. I then contacted Best Choice Products on June **, **** to tell them that the kids guitar I purchased was defective and I wanted to return it. I was advised that I needed the Walmart order number, which I didn’t have at the time. I then contacted Walmart and they were able to provide me with the order number, which I then emailed to Best Choice Products. I was told that I would be emailed a postage paid return label when I provided the order number. To date I have not received the return label. I have continued to contact the third party seller and Walmart on a regular basis, but this issue is still not resolved. Something is defective. **I don’t know what else to do. Best Choice has stopped responding to my emails. They have the worst “customer service” I’ve ever dealt with. Walmart should drop them as a seller. I am a loyal walmart customer and I have been for many years. I’ve made lots of purchases at your stores and online. I have never had an issue returning items to walmart, but a this third party seller is very frustrating to deal with.
