I did not receive my original order #[redacted], which was scheduled for delivery on 10/19/20. I reached out to a representative named Mike online, who explained that the order could not be delivered due to an incorrect address input. Mike assured me that once the item was returned, it would be reshipped to the correct address. Since the item was a gift that I needed urgently, I placed a new order on 10/25/20 #[redacted] and informed Mike. I successfully received order #[redacted] on 10/29/20. I am now awaiting a partial refund for the shipping charge due to my mistake. Checking my credit card, I have not seen the refund as of 11/09/20. I would appreciate an update on when I can expect the refund. Thank you.

I am looking to buy an item from Wallet Gear using the Guest Check-out method. They require PayPal, but I have had issues with my PayPal account being hacked before, so I'm avoiding it. I need assistance navigating through the check-out process to make a guest purchase. Wallet Gear's process is not very user-friendly. Thank you for your help. Suzanne from Oceanside, CA.
