I am a customer for Walgreens on **th Ave, Wausau WI. I have been with them since Shopko ended and have had great service until the last say * months. My Name is Diane Borchardt, DOB *******. Today is again another issue. Since we have been a new customer at Walgreens, Wausau our scripts have been set up to auto refill. About *-* months ago that seems to have dropped off. For the *nd time in a week I have called to find out why my script is not filled and I get told that it wasn't set for refill yet. So the drug today is Olmesartan Medoxomil ** mg. So I have * pill for tommorow. This is my High Blood Pressure fill. First The gal tells me it can't be filled till the **th. So what am I supposed to do for * days. I ask her why? Well because that is the date it is set to renew. Well I won't have enough. I ask her if that date can't be move back * days so I can have it filled on time for when I need it. She says she doesn't know how to do that, has me hold and comes back on and says I will just have to keep calling in to get it filled earlier because the fill date can't be changed. This has happended twice this month. There is something that has changed with your system or the staff. If we can't resolve this you will loose * customers. Between i and my husband we take ** prescriptions a month. Thank goodness our insurance covers all but $*.** per script. If you want to loose us let it be and don't reply. I want an answer and don't want to have to keep calling in each script.
