I just placed and order through the walabot website and immediately wanted to undo my purchase and have the money not charged from my debit card. I need help talking with someone who handles and has the authority to help me with with issue.

I contacted them via *****@***.com and they took a minute and replied promptly with my request to cancel and refund my money. It was simple you can find the support email on the first page of the site. Scroll down to the bottom, when the black background starts the walabot logo and addres follows. Below the address you find it. Send them a detailed email with the issue you have and they will get back to you promptly. I am very happy with my walabot support experience. They solved my problem faster and with less hassle compared to other companies over the phone support. I still will purchase there product through my Amazon account due to me having prime shipping. Thanks to gethuman.com page filled with simple guiding info
