Hello, I discovered a Walmart gift card in its packaging after a recent storm in Hoover, AL. The card was wet but intact with only the instructions inside and no written amount. I visited a local store's service desk, and they advised me to contact the number on the card. I have tried multiple times but have been unable to reach a person for assistance. The card number is 4[redacted] 3[redacted], code either [redacted] or [redacted], valid through 05/29. There is also a 30-digit barcode on the back. I am seeking a refund for order number [redacted][redacted]. I visited the Tn. store #[redacted] in Columbia, TN on 12.19.22 for my propane canister pick-up. Instead of receiving the 7 x 2 canisters I ordered, I was only given 7 x 1 canisters. Despite waiting 20 minutes for them to correct the order, it remained unfilled. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, a young woman informed me that the order would have to be refunded, showing a lack of professionalism and understanding. I am very frustrated with this experience and the incompetence of the staff. I am eager to receive my refund promptly.

Yesterday evening around 8:30 pm, I was informed that my order would be delayed for up to two hours due to perishable items. I stayed up until midnight waiting for an update. However, when I contacted customer service, they rescheduled the delivery for this morning. Despite warning about a storm and a possible delay in receiving the order between 7 and 9 pm, I have not received any communication as of 10:38 am. While I appreciate the $10 compensation offered, it does not make up for the $[redacted] worth of groceries we urgently need. The lack of communication and multiple reasons provided for the delay have caused me to lose sleep and left us without essential food items. Despite spending two hours on customer chat, I kept getting disconnected and faced changing explanations for the delay. I am frustrated with the technical issues cited and the reluctance to deliver the order as requested.

I purchased a PS5 from Walmart that was shipped via Ontrac. Despite Ontrac claiming the delivery was made and signed for by someone else, I never received it. Walmart advised me to involve my bank in a dispute, which isn't applicable since it wasn't a fraudulent transaction. After a month of back-and-forth, Walmart stated there was nothing more they could do. Finally, I reached out to Ontrac directly, and they confirmed the package was delivered to the wrong address, emphasizing that only the shipper, Walmart, can initiate a claim. I have contacted customer service five times regarding a return label, but they have not sent it to me. They claimed it was sent, but I have not received it. I even stayed on the phone while waiting for it to arrive in my email. Initially, they told me they sent the label to you, but the next three times they said the same thing. This ordeal of calling five times to get a return label is frustrating. This is not the first time this issue has occurred, and I am no longer going to order anything online from Walmart. The online customer service team's actions reflect on the company, and a refund of $33 is owed to me. Despite my efforts to return the item, they are not cooperating to facilitate the process. I recently ordered a mirror on Walmart.com (order# [redacted]6 [redacted]) but received the wrong item. I returned the unopened mirror at the Atascocita, TX store on 12/01/22. Despite not receiving a confirmation of the return, I followed up with Walmart.com customer service through email and visited the store again. After various attempts, including a chat with online customer service and additional emails, I was only offered a $10 coupon for the inconvenience. I spoke with a helpful Walmart associate named Clay and his supervisor Veronica in the online pickup area, and they managed to contact customer service who assured me the refund was processed. However, it has been two weeks since then and I have yet to receive my $67.46 refund. I hope to resolve this issue soon.

I recently purchased two phones through the Walmart app, both supposed to be Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultras. Unfortunately, upon receiving them, I realized they were not what I expected. The phones did not resemble the description at all. The stylus was missing, and there was no slot for it, making it no better than my current Motorola G Pure. Despite my efforts to return the phones to the Walmart store with my receipt, the tracking number got wet, and I can't access the full number. As a result, Walmart is refusing to refund me. The main issue I have is that I did not get the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra phones as I ordered and now I am stuck without a resolution from Walmart.

I used my Anthem OTC benefits card that expired on 12/31/22 for an order that went over my balance to $[redacted].50. I had to use a valid CC to pay the balance. The order was declined even though my CVV number was correct. Walmart and BCBS couldn't resolve it. I used the same card on 1/3/23 without issues. Walmart keeps reminding me of the pending order. I purchased a 1/2 gallon of milk, 3 lbs of Jennie O 85% lean turkey, and a 10-pack of Alpine spiced apple cider. Today, I went to pick up my order, waited for two hours, left without receiving everything, and only managed to get the turkey. Additionally, I ordered Krispy cat food, expecting the wet cans to arrive tomorrow, but received only the dry food unexpectedly today. I would like the rest of my items or a refund. There was an issue with my Discover card information being repeatedly entered, and my correct email is [redacted], not dellagrove@gmail as previously noted. My ex-girlfriend no longer uses that email and now lives in Wisconsin. I will be moving to Westland in two weeks and plan to sign up for your delivery service. I've been trying for three days to move my cart to CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT, but the page just flickers when I click on it, with no progress or error message. I prefer pickup or delivery over in-home delivery. The first day, I managed to check out one shipped item without any issues. Despite trying various methods like chatting with three agents, refreshing the page, restarting my computer, and clearing my cart, I still can't proceed. I recently fell victim to a scam where I was deceived by an individual pretending to represent Walmart. I was led to believe I was becoming a secret shopper for the company, required to visit two separate Walmart locations and purchase Visa gift cards. I then had to duplicate the cards and forward the receipts to the scammer. Doubtful of the situation, I consulted with a former district manager who verified that Walmart does indeed employ secret shoppers. Unfortunately, we didn't discuss the specific amount of the questionable check I had received. Following the check bouncing and leaving my account overdrawn, I contacted the scammer to report the fraudulent check. Regrettably, the amount on the check was only discussed after the fact. When attempting to check the remaining balances on the purchased Walmart gift cards, I realized I couldn't do so because I hadn't registered them. It became apparent that the person who used the cards must have registered them first, potentially aiding in their traceability.

I am having trouble with my email address on Walmart.com, where it is listed incorrectly. I tried editing it on my account, but it won't save the correct one. When attempting to reach Walmart customer service by phone, the automated system doesn't provide an option to speak with a live person. I cannot contact them online because of the incorrect email address. I need help using my Capitol One Walmart Rewards points for an in-store purchase to buy groceries, as I am facing financial hardships due to unexpected emergencies. I visited TLE to get new tires for my heavy-duty dually truck. However, the staff informed me that they were unable to do the job due to equipment limitations. I was disappointed as I needed to replace all six tires. As a result, I will not be buying tires from them again. I had previously ordered six tires and was considering purchasing road hazard insurance as well. The individual I dealt with is of a different race than me, but I felt he may have made a biased decision.

I am a regular visitor to the Montfort Rd store and have noticed a recurring issue with the self-checkout system. Out of my last ten visits, on four occasions, I have unintentionally left behind some of my purchased items. I find that the plastic shopping bags provided are too opaque, making it difficult to see all the checked-out groceries. This new method places a heavy burden on customers and shifts responsibility to us to save on payroll costs. I prefer the traditional setup where a cashier handles the checkout while I bag the groceries, a system used at the Sac-n-Save store in Garland, Tx. Walmart, in comparison, seems to prioritize cost-cutting measures over customer convenience. I am also disappointed by the lack of product availability, such as the missing milk at the Montfort store. These issues have led me to consider switching to Kroger, where I expect to receive better service without the complexities of navigating through cumbersome technology.

Order #[redacted][redacted] for Apple AirPods Pro (1st generation) with an additional 2-year insurance plan was placed in October [redacted] for a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, one of the pods is malfunctioning. Contact with customer service was made, and Adorama Camera, the insurance company, was supposed to respond within 48 hours, but it has been longer. The $[redacted] investment for the gift and insurance is a significant amount. I've been trying to resolve this for 3 weeks, almost 4, and it is disheartening for my grandson who solely requested this gift. Being on a fixed income, it is crucial to have this addressed promptly. I placed an order for pick-up, but both items were substituted with smaller packages that cost more than the larger ones. Despite trying to contact them for 29 minutes with no answer, I am frustrated. I don't want to drive 15 miles each way to get this fixed. I need someone to reach out to me to rectify this situation or offer me the smaller packages at the price of the larger ones.
