I mistakenly used the wrong card number when ordering a blanket, but it was cancelled as I was told. I then reordered the blanket with the correct card and received both the correct and cancelled blankets. I returned both using the labels provided in the email. I received a refund for the cancelled blanket, yet was instructed to drop the other blanket at a FEDEX office for a refund. As there isn't a FEDEX office in my town and the labels provided were USPS, I'm unable to fulfill the request. I can provide the USPS receipt to prove I sent them. I purchased 2 Mainstays 6'6"x9'6" Navy Tropical Palm Outdoor Area Rugs and a pair of men's cargo pants (order # [redacted]-[redacted]) on March 20, [redacted]. The pants arrived on March 25th. However, the rugs were delayed according to the site, with a message stating they were delivered on March 21st. I never received them. After 12 days of being told the rugs were delayed, suddenly they were marked as delivered the day after I ordered them. The notification claimed to include a picture of the delivery location, but I didn't receive any photo. I've been charged for the full order but have only received the pants. I request a refund or delivery of the rugs. I appreciate a prompt resolution. Thank you - Kira D Spigel.

I visited a store to question a plant I was overcharged for. The lady informed me it was actually $[redacted].99, not $29.99. I waited for her to return, but without success. When I approached another staff member, she refused to share her name and embarrassed me publicly by mentioning a previous issue with me. It was disheartening to be treated this way.

I had been enjoying a 3-month free trial of Walmart Plus which was set to end on April 8th. However, to my surprise, I recently noticed a pending charge for a monthly renewal of the service appear on my account. Despite the information on the Walmart Plus account page stating that my trial would end without renewal and the absence of a payment method on file, I found this unexpected charge puzzling. I suspect that linking my new Capital One Walmart Rewards credit card to my account may have triggered this automatic renewal, ultimately catching me off guard. I did not receive any email notifications about this renewal either. I am disappointed by this situation and wish to cancel my membership immediately, with the pending charge of $12.95 removed promptly. I hope for a fair resolution regarding this matter.

I purchased a bed frame on [redacted]-08-11. When I contacted customer service about returning it, they promised to provide a number for the return pick-up. However, I never received the email or the return information. My attempt to return the bed frame to a nearby Walmart was unsuccessful as they directed me to return it online. The Walmart policy states that items from third-party sellers below $[redacted].00 CAD can be returned in-store, but the bed frame was $[redacted] with tax, and they wouldn't accept the return. Can you assist me in arranging for the return of the bed frame and getting a refund?

A few months ago, I noticed unauthorized charges on my card for Walmart pick-up orders. The charges appeared under a different description compared to my regular Walmart transactions. Despite contacting Walmart customer service and canceling my card for a new one, the issue persists with the new card. The unrecognized charges seem to be specific to Walmart's system. I am waiting for a Walmart representative to email me within 24 hours to resolve this. All I am asking for is proof of the charges made on my account, yet I have not received any response from Walmart. How can this be resolved?

I placed a "pick-up" order (#[redacted]-[redacted]) for Friday, April 22, between 10-11am. One item was unavailable, but I picked up the rest on Friday without issues. I received the regular Walmart email confirming the order pick-up. However, during the weekend, I received an email stating that my Thursday order (same number!) wasn't picked up and the temporary hold on my credit card would be released. There was never a Thursday order in the first place! I've checked my credit card online, and there is no Walmart charge, although other transactions have gone through. As a Customer, I don't mind an early Christmas present, but as a Walmart shareholder, this mix-up is concerning. Can you help me resolve this confusion? Thank you. Richard M.

I recently ordered a MISS MOLY Women's Denim Jacket from US Luxury Queen Store, but even though it shows as delivered on 4/28/22, I have not received it. I have already checked with USPS using the tracking number and contacted them, but still no sign of the jacket. I searched my mailbox and front door thoroughly on the delivery date, but no luck. I also reached out to neighbors with no success. I have been in contact with US Luxury Queen Store, but getting any assistance seems challenging. I am hoping for either a replacement jacket or a refund, as the current situation is quite frustrating. Any guidance on next steps would be appreciated.

I purchased a 40-pound LP tank from Walmart, which arrived undamaged. After having it filled at an LP seller, I discovered it was empty due to a leak. The LP seller confirmed it was unrepairable. I contacted Walmart and the manufacturer, but after a week of waiting, I received no response. Walmart initially promised a callback within 24 hours, but eventually stated they couldn't assist me and advised pursuing the vendor independently. I have sent two detailed complaint letters to Walmart Headquarters and the manufacturer, but have not received any feedback. It seems like I am at a loss of about $[redacted] without any solution. I am disappointed with the lack of support and response from Walmart, considering I am a frequent customer with a Walmart Plus account, which I am now considering canceling. Be cautious when dealing with Walmart.

I recently visited the Walmart store on Pleasant Street in Springdale, Arkansas to return some items that my father had purchased last week. Unfortunately, I didn't have the receipt with me, and the lady at the return desk was quite rude. She insisted the products couldn't be returned because of minor damages to the boxes, even though the items were unused and complete. She also claimed one of the products wasn't included, which it was. After a lot of back and forth, she had to consult her manager who also denied the return. I just want to resolve this issue and get my refund without feeling mistreated.

I recently entered this information into the chat box, but it seems to have disappeared. I've realized I am unexpectedly subscribed to Walmart+. Over the weekend, my daughter received a notification about a $90 charge from Walmart; she accepted it half-asleep. Her bank then flagged this as a dubious transaction and called her. Upon waking up fully, she was confused about what she had agreed to. During a family lunch on Saturday, my partner also mentioned getting a similar notification but denied the charge. When I checked my Walmart account later while making a grocery list, I initially didn't see any mention of Walmart+. However, upon closer inspection, I found the payment dated 5/14/22, set to recur next year. I want this money refunded to my daughter promptly, as I never intended to subscribe to Walmart+. The charge should not have been applied to her card in the first place.

I have been trying to get a return for an order I placed online through Walmart for almost 3 1/2 weeks now. The order is for Toyo tires placed on April 27, with order number [redacted]-[redacted]. Despite speaking to three customer reps, I have not made any progress with my return request. The sales associates at the Conley St., Walmart suggested canceling the order, and I agreed. However, each time they said they submitted it to the resolutions department. The order costs $[redacted], to be refunded to my card ending in [redacted]. I signed up for Walmart+ on April 5, [redacted], primarily for the pharmacy savings benefit. I recently received an email from Walmart on April 29, [redacted], stating that the Rx for less program will be discontinued as of May 31. This is contrary to what was advertised on their website, which promised select prescriptions for as low as $0 and up to 85% savings on others. When I attempted to use the Rx for less card at my local Walmart Pharmacy on May 14 for four prescriptions, it was denied. I followed the instructions to provide the card information over the phone but was still unable to use it. This situation seems to be in violation of the "Truth in Advertising" guidelines. I am requesting a full refund for my one-year Walmart+ subscription due to Walmart not fulfilling their promise outlined on their website.

On May 19th, I purchased a Sorra Black Buffalo bench cushion in size 60" X19" X3". I was sent a smaller cushion measuring 48" instead of 60". I returned it to Walmart in Windsor Heights, IA, and got a refund. I'm looking to have the correct item re-ordered, which I couldn't do in-store. After unsuccessful attempts with the automated service on the phone, I couldn't get through to a real person for assistance. I dialed the 1-[redacted] number three times but couldn't resolve the issue as the system kept referring to my refund, which I already received. On 5/18, I placed an order for a futon (order #[redacted][redacted]) with an initial delivery date of Fri. 5/20. Unfortunately, the delivery was postponed, and upon contacting FedEx, I discovered it was delayed in Goodyear, AZ. A helpful representative tried to assist me but had to escalate the inquiry to the next level for further investigation. Subsequently, I was informed that the order had not left Goodyear and efforts were being made to locate it by contacting both Goodyear and Phoenix, AZ. To my surprise, on 5/25, the FedEx tracking indicated my order had reached Middleton, CT, which is significantly far from my location. As of 5/26 at 6:07 pm, the last update suggests it is still in transit, departing from MIDDLETOWN, CT. The revised estimated arrival date is now Tue, May 31. I find this delay unacceptable and I am seeking a swift resolution, with the preferred outcome being the delivery of the futon to my living room for immediate use.

I occasionally face issues with specific Walmart employees regarding my toy Yorkshire Terrier, who serves as my emotional support dog. I take precautions by placing a blanket in the cart and disinfecting it after use. Even though larger dogs are seen inside without any objections, I sometimes encounter unfriendly staff members who challenge my dog's presence in the store. My Yorkie is officially registered as my emotional support animal, recognized by the Kennel association. Due to my bipolar disorder, my dog provides comfort during moments of distress. I intend to seek legal advice to address this recurring problem, especially when handled rudely by certain Walmart employees. Inconsistent enforcement of rules regarding dogs in the store makes my shopping experiences unpleasant and might lead to a ban if not rectified fairly for all dog owners.

My mother, who lives in another state, bought me colored pencils, stencil pencils, paintbrushes, and iron-on letters for shirts. I attempted to return them at my local Walmart but was unable to do so as they were not the type I required, especially the shirt letters. Unfortunately, since I didn't have a receipt as they were gifts, I could only return the paintbrushes. The pencils and letters could not be returned as I needed a receipt and the letters were unique to that Walmart. This experience left me feeling frustrated by the poor customer service. I had planned to exchange them for the correct items needed for a project due on the 10th. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently returned a computer to Walmart that I purchased from a 3rd party, refurb pcs. They confirmed they processed the refund back to the card used for the purchase. Unfortunately, due to fraudulent activity, my old card was canceled, and I received a new one. I checked with my bank, but they did not show any refund transactions. I shared my account statement with refurb pcs, who mentioned it might take a couple of days to show up. However, it's been over a week, and I'm still waiting for the refund to reflect.
