I recently opened a new account, but encountered an issue with the email information being incorrect. My new email and old email seem to be mixed up, and I am unable to edit it on my computer as it shows as verified. The saved information also displays the wrong address. The verification email was sent to the old address, [redacted], which I cannot access. I had to create a new Gmail address, [redacted] Could you please update my email address on the account or provide guidance on how to resolve this? I apologize for any inconvenience; although I may not be as computer-savvy as younger individuals, I am proficient in handwritten letters with good penmanship skills.

As loyal Walmart customers both in Canada and the U.S., my family has shifted to online orders during our stay in Florida due to COVID-19. Although the in-store pickup system has been satisfactory, the shipping service has been disappointing. The incorrect sizing and low-quality items received were frustrating. It would be beneficial if North American sizing standards were consistently applied on the website. Dealing with the return and refund process has been challenging, requiring visits to three stores, engaging in chats, and sending emails. The complexity of the refund procedure, heavily reliant on technology, feels exclusionary to customers like us. Consequently, we have decided to discontinue our business with Walmart.ca and Walmart.com and intend to share our feedback on social media platforms.

I have been trying to return a heater I purchased from Wal Mart.com for over a month. They sent a call tag, but the store wouldn't accept it. After being told to wait for a FedEx tag, I never received it. I received an email instructing me to complete a return form on the website, but I couldn't find it. I am frustrated and tired of the back and forth. I simply want to return the heater as I no longer need it. Can you please assist? I purchased tires online from Walmart, but despite them claiming the delivery was made, a video proves otherwise as the FedEx truck drove past my house. After numerous attempts with customer service, I was initially refunded $50 for the delay, then told the tires were reordered, but now they say the refund can't be processed online due to the $[redacted] amount. This situation is frustrating, and I urgently need my money back. I want Walmart to track the FedEx truck via GPS to verify the non-delivery and promptly refund the full amount to the card used for payment. Unfortunately, when I went to my preferred Wal-Mart in Appleton, WI, I encountered a challenging situation at the service desk due to an employee's behavior. Despite my request for alternative assistance, both the employee and manager declined to help, leading to my unnecessary removal from the store. I was forced to wait outside in freezing temperatures, causing me physical discomfort and distress. This incident occurred on January 11th, [redacted], around 10:30 am at the Wal-Mart on Mutual Way in Appleton, Wisconsin. The lack of empathy displayed by the staff members was alarming, and I believe action should be taken to prevent such treatment towards others in the future. I hope that by sharing my experience, necessary measures will be implemented to ensure better customer care for everyone.

I am currently at the Walmart on Trinity Parkway in Stockton, CA, hoping to return a spa I bought on 11/20/21. I have the receipt with me. When I tried to make the return, they asked for the EBT card I used to pay $71 for some food items on the same receipt. The manager mentioned a new policy requiring the EBT card for the return, which was never mentioned on their 90-day refund policy displayed. Despite having paid $[redacted] in cash for the rest of the items, they refused the return without the card. The situation left me frustrated and confused. Another customer kindly helped me load the heavy item back into my car. It's disappointing how the manager handled the situation.

I placed an order with Walmart on Sunday, January 23, [redacted]. The order total was $44.86, but I received an empty envelope. I believe the item was either forgotten by the shipper or sent to someone else. I am very disappointed and demand an apology, cancellation of the unfilled order, and a refund. On January 10th, I placed an order for $[redacted].39 worth of groceries from Walmart. Unfortunately, the groceries were never delivered to me. Walmart only refunded $2.27 for one item, which is extremely inadequate. Despite reaching out via email, phone calls, and chat, the issue remains unresolved. It's now January 30th, and my children and I are left with just two packages of ramen noodles. I even received someone else's Depends diapers instead of my groceries. Walmart asked me to return an item I never received for a refund, which is unacceptable. I have been mistreated and lied to by multiple customer service agents. I experienced an issue with the pharmacy. When I called for a refill, I was mistakenly told that I had already received my medication on the 21st, even though I need to use it daily and had run out. My prescription for estradiol vaginal cream with 2 refills is essential, but there seemed to be confusion due to a possible error in how it was initially written. I was informed that I would have to wait for the doctor's approval for the refill. I made a purchase on 1/12/22, but it has not been delivered. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. Despite receiving a text on 1/19/22 that it was delivered, the order did not reach me. After checking with neighbors to no avail, I contacted Customer Service Rep, Richelle. She documented my details and requested a replacement. Both the original order and the replacement are still outstanding, though the charge appeared on 1/17/22. I kindly request a prompt refund of $24.48 to my card to address this issue. I encountered two issues with my recent order. Firstly, despite my online page indicating Wisconsin Dells as the location for pickup, upon arrival, I discovered my order was not there and was instead at the Monona store. I request for my entire order to be moved to the correct store and for the funds to be handled appropriately. Secondly, at the Wisconsin Dells store, a staff member brought out only a portion of my "shipping order." Some items were marked for shipping only by your system, although typically enough has been sent for shipping in the past. I was surprised to see these items available for pick-up instead of delivery. I still need to verify if all items were included. I purchased a TV from Wal-Mart, and unfortunately, it turned out to be defective. The first day, I was asked to bring back the remote, which was understandable. The next day, they requested the TV legs, which I did. However, on my third try to return the TV, after days of customer service closure, I was told I needed the original box. This requirement was not mentioned before, and since the box was long gone, I'm now stuck with a broken TV. The lack of empathy and customer service from the staff was disappointing. Despite having my receipt, they refused to exchange the TV. It's frustrating that Wal-Mart didn't inform me about the box being necessary for returns. This happened at the West Florissant location in Saint Louis, MO.

On February 28th, I placed a grocery order but the app crashed during checkout. My bank account was charged the full $82.95 instead of using my $75 healthy benefit. The $75 was taken at 1:38 am, and even after canceling the order, the amount hasn't been refunded. I contacted customer service and spoke with Eric, who promised a refund within 24-72 hours, but it hasn't happened. It's been over a week, and the lack of resolution and care from customer service is disappointing. I hope this issue gets resolved promptly, and I believe some form of compensation is fair given the inconvenience.

On Friday, March 11, I received two text messages on my phone ending in [redacted]. One was received at 10:51 AM, and the other at 3:36 PM, stating that my items were on the way. This Saturday, March 12, I received two more texts at 11:34 AM, saying my items were delivered. I have not placed any orders with Walmart for delivery. My only dealings with Walmart are online grocery orders every 5-6 weeks that I pick up at the Murray KY Supercenter. I checked outside my front door today, and nothing was delivered. This mix-up is frustrating as I have no pending charges on my credit cards and Walmart would require an account for delivery. I can only be reached at the listed Jitterbug phone number. I place orders with my laptop. Although I'm 81 years old, please contact me to resolve this issue.

I am concerned about a situation at the Wal-Mart in Richlands. Every time my daughter goes there, my ex-wife, who is an employee, follows her around. This behavior makes it impossible for me to enter that store. Despite the fact that my daughter is not her biological child, my ex-wife stalks and stares at her during visits. I believe it is inappropriate for an employee to behave this way, especially towards a child. I think she should be terminated without the possibility of being rehired. My daughter is only 11 years old and should not have to experience this type of surveillance. I would appreciate a call from a representative to address this issue and I prefer to remain anonymous due to potential legal threats.

This is the second time my online order has been messed up. I placed 3 orders on 9 Mar, all with order numbers as per your agent. However, I couldn't access any of these orders due to app issues. I was told that the department handling my kind of online problems would get back to me in 48 hours, but I haven't heard back. The first agent provided me with a $25 promo code for my next order, but I can't retrieve it to use on an order that I can't complete. I have previously recommended Walmart's online ordering and delivery service to others but am now disappointed. I am hoping for a quick resolution to this issue, including fixing the app, honoring the promo code, and compensating me for the time and effort I have spent trying to resolve these problems. I noticed a $98.00 charge on my debit card that I primarily use for Walmart pickups. I rarely order from Walmart.com and was surprised to find out it was a membership charge. I never signed up for a membership and do not want to pay this fee. I contacted [redacted] and spoke to Carlos Sanchez. He assured me he would process a refund in 3-5 business days and provided the confirmation number [redacted]6-5[redacted]. I had a bit of difficulty understanding Carlos, hence I wanted to document this concern. I am puzzled why I was billed for a Walmart.com membership without my consent.
