I signed up for Walmart+ and successfully bought a PlayStation 5 for the holidays. However, after 2-3 days, Walmart canceled my order due to high demand, despite initially confirming it. I had promised my kids the PS5 for Christmas, and now they won't have any gifts. This situation is truly disappointing. I would like a refund for my Walmart+ subscription, to cancel it, and to receive some form of compensation for the Christmas we had planned that has now been ruined.

On November 28, [redacted], I placed an order for 5 boxes of Great Value brand [redacted] count Black Tea Bags. The items were delivered on December 3rd, but unfortunately, the package was in poor condition. All five boxes of tea bags were crushed and opened, some of the tea was damaged due to the busted clear packaging. I have already reported this elsewhere on the site. I kindly request that you send me at least 3 replacement boxes to make up for the damaged ones. Thank you for your assistance, have a great day.

I bought a Google Home speaker from Walmart's website, but it arrived damaged. I reported the issue through the app to contact the seller, but despite receiving a message from Walmart's customer service, I haven't heard back from the seller in over five days. With Christmas approaching, I really need this situation resolved with a refund or replacement. Thank you.

I haven't received my online order yet. My order number is #[redacted][redacted] for the Dinnerware Set Disney Frozen. After contacting Walmart, they mentioned that Cervidae would get in touch within 48 hours. I requested them to resend the item in time for Christmas, but I have not heard back. I received an email stating that my package was delivered at 07:48 am. When I went to check for the package at 9:51 am, the ornaments were not there. I left a note asking for the doorbell to be rung, but it was not activated. If the package was left outside, it may have been stolen. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted]98.02. I would like a refund or for the ornaments to be resent. The purple ornaments I received were not satisfactory as they were smaller than expected based on the picture which showed regular-sized ornaments.

I'm finding it difficult to text because of my arthritis. I received two boxes for the same order number [redacted]-[redacted], but I only ordered one. I would like to speak to a person regarding this issue without any additional fees or memberships. If speaking to someone directly is not an option, please advise if I can return the extra box to a local Walmart. It's frustrating that there is no phone number available to connect with a representative.

Order number [redacted]-[redacted]: I purchased 80 Christmas cards on December 5th. They were expected to be at Walmart Lake Ranch - Bradenton store by 3:00 PM on Friday 12/10. I have had difficulty reaching the photo department by phone, as it disconnects after ringing. Even during my two visits, the store staff could not find my order, despite providing the order number and phone receipt. My wife and I are leaving for Ohio in two days. Please help if you can!

My Walmart account was hacked, and someone made a fraudulent $98 purchase through the app. I was notified by a text message at 4 am on 12/12/21. The purchase was made at a Walmart in Arkansas, but I'm located in Texas and would never shop at Walmart in the middle of the night. I need the $98 refunded as this is the second issue with Walmart and my money in less than two weeks. The customer service representative's response was dismissive, asking if $98 was all that was taken. I'd rather give $98 to someone intentionally than to a thief. I have removed the card ending in [redacted] and locked my other card as per the online security rules. I hope to get this issue resolved quickly, even though $98 may seem insignificant to a Walmart employee.

I sent my daughter to Walmart in Ronkonkoma (Islandia), as I am handicapped. She purchased $[redacted] using my OTC card, which had $[redacted] on it. Unfortunately, the card didn't work. The employee at the store then stated (with a smirk, I wish I got her name) that they don't accept this type of card. This is unbelievable as I have used it all year at the Farmindale Walmart without any issues. Due to this, my daughter had to use her debit card. I am extremely frustrated and upset about this experience.

Order [redacted][redacted]: I placed an order for a sofa on December 7th with an expected delivery date of December 10th, but it did not arrive. After contacting customer service on the 11th, I was informed of a delay and assured it would be delivered the following day, which did not happen. Tracking the order online now reveals a new delivery date of December 16th. The same sofa was available at other stores, and I opted for Walmart due to the earlier delivery schedule. The lack of reliability from Walmart is causing issues with the care of an individual. Payment was received on December 7th via my American Express, but the product has not been delivered. While a discount does not fully address the inconvenience caused, I believe a substantial one should be entertained. Thank you.

I recently bought items online from Walmart, returned them, and awaited refunds. Unfortunately, my bank, Eagle Federal Credit Union, informed me that the refunds were declined due to outdated card information. Although my card was reissued with the same number but a new expiration date and security code, Walmart needs to update this info to reissue the refunds correctly. This is to ensure that the refunded amount reaches the correct card account without any issues.

I recently purchased a Walmart credit card issued by Green Dot and loaded $[redacted] onto it. However, I have been unable to register the card despite several attempts as the system does not recognize the information I provide. The lack of human customer support is frustrating, especially since I only wanted to purchase the card as a gift. I am disappointed with the experience and simply want a refund of my money. We were charged $98.00 for an annual Walmart membership on 11/30/21, which we cancelled over the phone. Despite being assured it would be refunded within 5 business days, it hasn't been. After multiple calls, "Janine" escalated the issue to the billing department, promising a refund within 48 hours, but that hasn't happened either. Our Visa ending in [redacted] was originally used, but the bank updated it to end in [redacted]. We are Richard L. Belden and Shirl McGuire-Belden. We are getting increasingly frustrated. Could Walmart please issue a check directly if needed? Thank you for your assistance.

I was charged $98.00 on 11/30/21 for my annual Walmart membership, which I promptly canceled by phone. The representative assured me that the refund would be issued to my Visa account ending in [redacted], which is now connected to my Credit Union of Colorado, with a new number ending in [redacted]. Despite multiple calls and promises of refund, the $98.00 has not been returned. After being given different timelines for the refund, the issue is still unresolved. I was told it was escalated to the billing department, but the refund has not been received. I am desperate to speak with someone who can assist me directly. Please contact me at [redacted]. I placed an order with Walmart, and even though a shipping label was created, my order was never shipped. Walmart canceled the initial order on the 14th and created a replacement order. The new shipping label was generated the next day, but it has been stagnant ever since, not picked up for several days with no updates on the status. Walmart advised me to reach out to FedEx, who redirected me back to Walmart. I simply want clarity on whether the item will be shipped as I was already charged for it on the 8th.

I bought a 3-pack of Vanilla Visa Debit Cards ($20 each) at Walmart in Redlands on December 13, [redacted]. The total was $68.44. However, when I checked the balance on December 18, all the cards showed zero. I tried calling the number provided but couldn't resolve the issue. I spent my last $70 on these cards and now have no gifts. Walmart in Redlands isn't answering, and I can't reach customer service. I'm frustrated because these cards should be loaded already. What can I do to get this fixed quickly?

I went to Walmart last night to cash a check. However, they were already closed at 9:00, and I couldn't get it cashed. I returned today to cash the check I received from Western Union, but the machine won't read it. Now, I'm stuck without gas to make it home. They mentioned they couldn't manually enter the information like they used to. I need the cash from this check urgently, and I have no alternative place to get it cashed today. Why the sudden change in policy, and what can I do to resolve this issue?

I placed a grocery order yesterday for delivery between 9 am - 10 am this morning. They delivered one item on time, but I am still waiting for the rest. They claim that the delivery time is up to independent contractors, not Wal-Mart. This inconsistency has happened multiple times, and it's frustrating. I wouldn't have paid a yearly fee if I could have just picked the order up. I've called customer service before and all I get is an apology. This will be my last order with Wal-Mart's home delivery service. It's disappointing that they can't get it right, especially for such a large company.

I placed an order for carside pickup at my local Walmart in Puyallup, WA. I have been waiting in my car for over 50 minutes, and my order has not been brought out to me. I called the store to express my frustration, but they could not assist me and only advised me to continue waiting. When I requested to speak to the manager, I was provided with a phone number that rang endlessly without going to voicemail. The level of service I have experienced is very disappointing. Walmart must improve their service, and I am eager to receive assistance to resolve this issue. I have already been charged for my order, yet I am unable to pick it up.
