I received two $[redacted] printers from Walmart instead of one due to a typo in my email address on the account I used to place the order. Editing the email address on Walmart accounts is not possible. Reopening a new account would make returning the item impossible as the order number would be lost. After two lengthy customer service calls totaling about 90 minutes with no solution, I faced further issues trying to return the printer. The only printer designated to print return labels was out of order with no repair timeline. Despite being directed to a Walmart store 75 minutes away, I eventually convinced a higher-ranking manager to mail me a return label. The label arrived just in time, and I returned the package via FedEx on 8/31/21. However, I am still awaiting the credit on my credit card. The errors were primarily on Walmart's end, complicating the return process. I prefer to resolve this directly with Walmart rather than involve my debit card company for a quicker resolution.

I am submitting this clarification after receiving feedback from GetHuman. I ordered one printer from Walmart, but they mistakenly sent me two due to a typo in my email address on the account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no solution was provided. When attempting to return the extra printer, the only printer for printing return labels at the store was broken. After many discussions and hurdles, a manager agreed to mail me a return label. The package was sent back via FedEx on *******, within the allotted **-day return window. However, I have not seen the refund credited back to my debit card yet. I believe Walmart is responsible for the mix-up and the difficulties faced during the return process. I seek a resolution with Walmart to ensure I receive a refund for the unauthorized item sent to me.

I purchased two packs of stools from the Walmart Website as a guest, and they were shipped by Calypso Enterprises. Unfortunately, the initial package was lost, and after a frustrating process of contacting Walmart, Calypso, and FedEx, they informed me that my order was lost and that they had associated my package with the wrong shipping number. They agreed to resend my package, but only one of the two items arrived. After contacting them again, they said they were unable to provide the missing item and offered a refund. This is unacceptable as I need all four stools I originally ordered. Despite being promised a call back from a Walmart manager within 5 minutes, I never received one. I have now purchased the stools from a different Walmart distributor. I am requesting a full refund for all the stools I ordered through Calypso. Disassembling the two stools I already put together is not an option, as it took me two hours to assemble them. Calypso needs to arrange for the return at no cost to me. I simply want this frustrating experience to be resolved promptly.

I purchased a pack of Marketside Triple Chocolate muffins, but have since learned they are part of a recall. Despite this, they are still being sold in stores. Regrettably, while eating one of the muffins, I discovered a piece of plastic within it that caused me severe pain and bleeding in my gums. It is incredibly distressing that these recalled muffins have caused me harm and discomfort. This situation could have been even more serious if one of my young children had consumed it. I am seeking explanations for this incident, compensation for the pain I have endured, and assurance that this will be addressed promptly to avoid further issues. On September 5, [redacted], I purchased a recliner with Order # [redacted]-[redacted]. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed. On Tuesday, September 21, I received a notification that it had been delivered, but it never arrived. After contacting Walmart Customer Service, I learned that FedEx handled the delivery with tracking number [redacted]17. Upon reaching out to FedEx and starting an investigation with code [redacted], it was discovered that the package was mistakenly delivered to a neighbor. Last night, the neighbor returned the wet and damaged box to my house. I have not opened it, but based on the condition of the box, it's clear the item is damaged. I can provide a video as evidence of the damage and am requesting a refund for the purchase. Thank you.

I purchased oranges on September 22, [redacted], and returned them to Walmart. However, they refused to refund me for the spoiled oranges. Despite exchanging the bad bags twice on September 23, [redacted], the replacement oranges were also rotten. The staff mentioned a new policy implemented by the main office in Jackson, Ohio, regarding returns due to computer restrictions. Being on social security, not food stamps, I am unable to use the oranges provided as they are consistently bad. The shipment from Americold at Vineland, N.J., seems to be the issue. I am requesting assistance with my online grocery orders for delivery to the same address where I've successfully received non-grocery items from Walmart. Initially, I encountered difficulties placing grocery orders, but with the help of Louis from customer service, I was able to order most of my needed food items a few times. Recently, I faced an issue where I could only have two out of thirty-one items delivered and was told to pick up the rest. Despite my attempts to resolve this over the phone, I received the same response that it couldn't be fixed. As a homebound retired senior caring for another person, online grocery shopping is essential for us, especially with limited finances. Yesterday, before 10:30 a.m., I placed an order at a Walmart on Charleston and Decatur for delivery between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. The order needed to be completed by 11:34 or 5:00. By 9:30 p.m., I hadn't received my order. I contacted customer support through the delivery app, but they hadn't resolved it. This morning at 7:30, after multiple calls, my husband and I spoke with a representative who didn't live in America. I want a refund promptly to buy food for my family, children, and grandchildren. I spent over $[redacted], including a $7.95 delivery charge. I expect to have my money, including my EBT funds, returned without any further issues.

After picking up our grocery order through the "Curbside Pick up," we discovered that 9 items were missing, yet we were charged for them. Customer service suggested going through the online return process, which was unsuccessful. After a long wait time to get through to customer service again, it was determined that 2 items were not groceries and were associated with the delivery date, needing to be refunded later. On 09/30, $28.11 was refunded, with the remaining $18.00 to be refunded for the sandals and air filter post the delivery date. Regrettably, on 10/03, instead of refunding the $18 for the outstanding items, an additional $41.80 was charged to my card. I would like the missing $18.00 and the erroneous $41.80 charge to be refunded promptly.

I attempted to exchange mustard at the store but was informed that I had to buy the exact same item, which seemed unreasonable. I encountered difficulty over a $1.00 item, and a fellow customer even offered me a dollar to help resolve the situation. I declined her offer and instructed Customer Service to dispose of the item. This humiliating experience is not typical of other stores I have patronized. I faced challenges shopping in your store due to being disabled and relying on a rider that is often unavailable or not functional. Given my fixed income, I would appreciate some form of compensation for this distressing experience, as I am attracted to Walmart's prices for this reason.

On October 6th, I went to check out my items. Initially, I paid for some things with my debit card and intended to pay for my food in a separate transaction. However, the checker charged all items to my debit card before I could explain. I requested help from the manager, who was unavailable, and a lady from the service desk assisted me in fixing the error by processing two separate transactions. Upon checking my bank account, I noticed that the $44.86 charge was still pending from my food stamp card. Despite trying to contact the service desk at the store on Sun Valley Rd in Hewitt, Texas, I was unsuccessful in reaching them by phone. Additionally, when I called the deli for assistance, I was informed they could not transfer me to the service desk. I prefer not to be redirected to a paid line for assistance. Thank you.

There have been instances of theft at Walmart store number [redacted] in Chastain Meadows, Marietta, Georgia. Certain employees are manipulating merchandise prices and notifying family members to take advantage of the discounts before raising prices back up. Additionally, individuals are taking entire pallets without allowing others to purchase discounted items. One employee's husband has been observed leaving through the automotive exit without paying for merchandise, claiming to be sending items to Africa. This employee's spouse lowers prices and alerts him to collect the items in bulk. Employees from other stores have also discounted items improperly and bought them at checkout. The situation involving employees engaging in fraudulent activities requires investigation. The identities of the employees involved are known and can be provided for further action.

I received an email that appeared to be from your online application, enticing me with a sweepstakes to win an iPad Pro. The email included your logo and web address, along with a wheel to spin for discount offers. Unfortunately, the email was a scam, and I unknowingly had money taken from my bank account. The email was very convincing, with no spelling errors and an exact replica of your logo and address. I want to inform you that your website has been compromised. Luckily, my bank's fraud alert system caught the unusual activity, and we were able to stop the transaction before the scammers took $[redacted].92 from me. It's important to be vigilant about these deceptive tactics to protect others who may not be as fortunate.

I purchased a Motorola 5G phone from Walmart in Michigan. Unfortunately, I faced multiple issues making it work and had to make several trips to Walmart and Verizon. Just after 6 days, upon landing in Bradenton SARASOTA, Florida, the phone stopped working. I attempted to return it at the Walmart in Florida, but they directed me to the Michigan store. Motorola stated that within the 14-day grace period, Walmart should handle the return. To resolve this, I may have to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge unless I can find a Walmart that will assist me with a replacement or return. I am having trouble viewing the pictures, reviews, and material composition of items on Walmart's website. Prior to August 18th, I had no issues doing this, but it has been a problem for the past two months. I use Windows Vista and have tried cleaning my history daily, but the problem persists. Even using Google yields the same results. I am unable to update my browser due to Windows Vista limitations. I managed to place a grocery order on August 16th but now encounter difficulties when trying to purchase other items. It seems like Walmart may have updated their website since August. I believe Walmart should address this issue for users with older computers. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and resolve the issue on my account. Thank you.

My order was canceled twice due to "Unusual Activity". After trying a second card with the same result, I reverted to the original card only to face cancellation once more. Contacted Walmart, and they advised me to retry in three hours, which proved unsuccessful. After multiple futile attempts with Walmart's suggestions of waiting periods, I requested to speak to a higher authority. Despite being transferred, I was met with the same recommendation to try again in three hours. Following persistently requesting to escalate the issue further, I was promised a callback in two hours, which I have yet to receive.

As a longtime loyal Walmart customer, I recently had a concerning experience picking up my order at the Greenville, Alabama, location on Sunday night, October 31. The PickUp Area was completely dark, making it unsafe for both customers and employees. I addressed this issue with the Assistant Manager, who mentioned they were working on it, but I believe immediate action should have been taken. I will be reaching out to the corporate offices to ensure the area is properly lit and safe for everyone. I also suggested setting up automotive floodlights as a temporary solution until the problem is resolved, which doesn't seem to have been considered yet. Safety should be a top priority, and I will continue to monitor and report on this situation until it is addressed appropriately.
