I have been trying to return my order, which is a gray outdoor sofa set worth $[redacted]. My email is [redacted] However, there seems to be a mix-up with the email spelling on file as [redacted] I have been attempting to resolve this issue for three weeks without success. I visited your store in West Ocean City/Berlin today. My electric buggy battery died in the frozen food section. A store employee switched it with another one, but it also stopped working in the back aisle. I requested help from a lady stocking the cooler, but she said she couldn't assist, and I couldn't even get her name. I asked another employee, who declined due to online orders. After waiting 22 minutes, I managed to walk to the front with my recent ankle surgery. Sadly, I had no assistance until I left for Food Lion to finish my shopping. Despite the inconvenience, I found help there. Regrettably, due to this experience, I can't shop at Walmart anymore. I will share my disappointing experience on local media platforms.

I bought a Canon PIXMA MG-[redacted] printer from Walmart on July 17, [redacted]. This model requires Canon 145XL & Canon 146XL ink cartridges. I have been unsuccessful in finding these cartridges at Walmart, either in-store or online, since I got the printer. I urgently require cartridges now, but I don't know how to purchase them from Walmart. It's frustrating that Walmart sells the printer but doesn't have the replacement cartridges available. I purchased cargo pants on 6/3/21, order #[redacted][redacted], but they are too large. The package instructs not to return to Walmart. After reaching out to Best Buy Big & Tall via email and voice message without success, I was advised to request a mail return label through Walmart.com. The label should be addressed to: Best Buy Big & Tall, [redacted] Prospect Avenue C, Yorba Linda, CA, [redacted]. I have been attempting to place a pick-up order for the past 3 days, but have been encountering continuous issues. On one occasion, I had a $37.00 order in progress, only to have it vanish suddenly. Another time, I was in the midst of a significant order totaling over $[redacted].00 when it also disappeared without a trace. I simply want to successfully place an order. While I adore your service and find your staff highly skilled, I'm seeking assistance to resolve these issues. I have not faced any problems with the staff directly, particularly at the Blue Angel Hwy Super Center store where everyone is fantastic. I purchased tires from Walmart and paid for rotation service. I attempted to schedule an appointment at the Walmart on Annawanna Lake Road in Monticello. I called [redacted] 18 times over three days, but no one answered. After complaining to Arkansas, the store contacted me, and I scheduled an appointment for 4 pm on Sunday. Upon arrival, there were no cars in the bays, and when I asked for an early rotation, I was told to wait until 4 pm, which I found unpleasant. Despite the store claiming a different phone number, I discovered it was the same one I had been dialing. The Customer Service representative agreed that the Tire Center staff were lazy and impolite. At the Tire Center, the phone went unanswered numerous times, and I noticed staff behaving unprofessionally. Eventually, I was charged for the rotation service despite having proof of purchase in my account (#Order #[redacted]-[redacted]). I kindly request a refund.

I work at store [redacted] in Moore, Oklahoma. They are currently undergoing remodeling and have started laying down new tiles. The chemicals being used are unknown to us, but last night they shut off the water at 9 pm while we were still open. It would make more sense for them to start work at 10 pm instead of 8 pm since we close at 11. The fumes from the floor installation made me sick for about 15 minutes. I work with two young girls who may have been affected as well. The strong smell caused several customers to leave as they entered the store. The night before, when they began working, they unplugged all the registers, causing delays for customers checking out. Many customers were understandably upset.

I encountered a peculiar issue with my online orders tonight. A capsule appeared with a "Press and Hold" message for safety reasons, requiring me to press and hold until a check mark appeared. However, even after completing this step, the same capsule would reappear, halting my progress. Despite redoing the process multiple times, I faced the same roadblock. Eventually, I managed to place my order without encountering the "Press and Hold" directive. The inconsistency has left me concerned; could my information have been compromised due to this "Press and Hold" prompt that randomly disappeared during my final transaction?

I made a purchase with Walmart. I received a notification in my Walmart account stating that the item was delivered, but it was not. Despite checking with my apartment building's front desk, where they could not find any record of the item being received, I have not been able to locate it. The delivery notification did not include a tracking number or details about the delivery method. As I paid through PayPal, I have not received a refund yet.

I contacted customer service the other day about my online delivery order. The helpful representative located my order and informed me that it should ship by Monday, the 30th. However, the package has not arrived yet. I attempted to track the package using the number provided, but it didn't work on the FedEx website. If my delivery doesn't arrive soon, I would like to know if a refund or replacement can be arranged. I have been patiently waiting since the expected delivery date.

On August 26th, I placed order #[redacted]-[redacted]. Approximately 30 minutes later, I canceled the order and verified the cancellation with a customer service representative named Jimmy. He assured me that he contacted DNA MOTOR INC. and canceled the order. Shortly after, I received an email from Walmart.com prompting a survey regarding my interaction with "Muhamad." I responded, suggesting that American companies should consider employing English-speaking staff for English-speaking customers. Despite receiving an email confirming the cancellation, I had doubts if my request was truly processed. Yesterday, a FedEx agent attempted to deliver the package, which I declined. I have been a loyal customer of Walmart.com for 6-7 years without any issues. However, the recent change in the website's format has caused me trouble. While trying to place an order, I realized that some of my items were set for pick up instead of delivery, which was not my intention. I'm experiencing issues with the Pickup and Delivery Ordering System. When I try to add a Coca-Cola 24-Pack 12-oz cans priced at $8.50 each to my delivery order, it is automatically adding it as a Walmart.com shipping order from a third-party seller for $28.98 each. This results in a total of $30+tax for just one 24-pack, which seems unreasonable. Despite contacting customer service, the problem remains unresolved. I even reached out to my local Walmart store, confirming they have around [redacted] 24-Packs in stock, yet they were also unable to add it to a pickup order using their phones. Both Walmart customer service phone numbers I contacted (1[redacted] and [redacted]) failed to provide a solution, insisting on the $28.98 price. I am extremely frustrated with this situation.

On August 30th, I made a purchase of $[redacted].22 at your Tifton, GA Walmart. When I attempted to check out, the machine took my card and would not allow me to exit the system. A service representative tried to assist, but my card did not read. She applied the payment again for $[redacted].12, stating it was slow. However, my bank statement shows charges of $[redacted].62 and $[redacted].12 for the same visit. Please refund $[redacted].12 and rectify the Walmart transaction error. I have been experiencing delays on your website recently, with wait times up to 4 minutes and "wait" or "cancel" prompts appearing. This issue has persisted for over a week, unlike other websites I visit. Additionally, I have noticed that certain items have been consistently out of stock. Items like the Banzai Shrimp and Avocado Sushi Rolls have been unavailable for over a week, and now even lamb chops seem to have disappeared. The lamb shoulder chops have been out of stock for over 3 weeks, and I am concerned about their availability. I am eager to purchase lamb shoulder chops and sushi promptly. Could you please address these website issues and stock availability concerns promptly?

I purchased a lamp, baking soda, cookies, gum, coffee filters, and vinegar with Order # [redacted][redacted] on Sep 5, [redacted]. Originally scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, Sept 8, [redacted], the order has been experiencing continuous delays according to the FedEx tracking number. It appears to be stagnant in Burlington without any updates. I have not received any communication from Walmart regarding these delays, which is causing me concern. I was about to order the Hot Sale Colossal Alaskan King Crab legs online from what appeared to be Walmart, but the email address [redacted] made me suspicious. When I received a follow-up email with a picture of a Walmart store, I knew it was a scam. I didn't proceed with the order. Be cautious of such offers that seem too good to be true. I've encountered similar scams with other items supposedly from Walmart paid through PayPal. Unfortunately, PayPal did not refund my money in those cases. I have been ordering online for years and always had my items delivered to my home. Recently, I noticed a change in the setup where it seems like my orders will be shipped to a local store for pickup or delivery. I prefer home delivery and had items in my cart for that, but now the system is directing me to pickup locations. This new setup doesn't work for me as I lack transportation. I need clarification on how to continue receiving home delivery as I've done in the past. Despite selecting home delivery, it still shows my items will be sent to a store.
