Today I entered Walmart at *** Yale St., Houston, Texas, around *:** p.m. to add $*,*** to my Walmart debit card. I noticed only one clerk and a growing long line. Once at desk I handed clerk $*** plus two $*** notes. She counted the fiats very fast and quickly concluded that I needed to give her another $***. I asked if she were sure because I had carefully counted and separated fiat prior to entering store. Reluctantly, I handed her one of two remaining $*** notes, but requested a re-count because I knew without a doubt the amount prepared in my wallet. The clerk assisted several other customers before someone arrived to re-check her count. It was *:** pm. Already late for work, I gave Abigail, customer service manager, my contact information that she wrote on my receipt. It was *:** p.m. when I left the said store. Abigail phoned me at *:** p.m. stating the cash register reflected a negative not overage. I asked the appeal process and she did not answer immediately. She said a video was viewed three times showing the clerk counting the fiat. Again, I asked where to contact for appeal and she then said * *** Walmart. I asked how to retrieve my receipt and she said to check in customer service and she will tell them where to look for it.
