Additionally, the quality control of fresh produce in past orders has been disappointing, with items nearing expiration upon delivery. The inability to communicate feedback to the order assemblers perpetuates these errors, highlighting a flaw in their service system. The inefficiency of the process undermines the convenience that Walmart's curbside pick-up aims to provide.

I started an online order at noon today. Unfortunately, I got interrupted and when I returned a few hours later, my requested pick-up time had been changed. I was frustrated because I was in the process of finishing it around 4 or 5. I am also annoyed by having to re-select substitutions multiple times due to issues with the credit card information. I've tried to complete the checkout process with all the correct details three times, but each time the service goes down. The longer I wait, the later the pick-up time becomes, which is a problem for me since my husband is high-risk and I'm 65 with health issues. How am I supposed to pick up the order if it doesn't go through? I urgently need assistance, please call me at [redacted]. I still want to pick up my order between 12 to 1, but due to the ongoing issues, I'm unable to select this time slot. I understand these are challenging times, but I need this resolved promptly. My sister purchased an Xbox for my son from Walmart online for $[redacted]. The order is being shipped through a third party, B&H Wholesale in New York via FedEx. Initially, the delivery date was set for July 29th, but we have not received any updates from FedEx or a response from B&H. We had a previous gift stolen, so we are eager for a delivery time to avoid any issues. We are concerned about the lack of updates or communication despite Walmart suggesting contacting B&H. I am seeking clarification from Walmart regarding the issue, including payment details, information on the wholesaler, who is handling the delivery, clarification of third party involvement, and most importantly, when my son can expect to receive his Xbox purchased on July 21st.

I purchased a Home Gym in June, and recently received it about 9 or 10 days ago. As I started assembling it, I discovered that I am missing a box containing 5 out of the 10 required weights for the home gym RS80 model. On Tuesday, July 28, [redacted], I made an online grocery order at the Paintsville, KY Super Walmart for pick up on Thursday, July 30. I contacted the store on Wednesday, July 29, to cancel the order. The store instructed me to call a 1-[redacted] number as the order wasn't visible yet. After speaking to a representative, I received a refund of $43.81 in my bank account immediately instead of the correct amount, $48.31. The next day, the $43.81 disappeared, and $48.31 was deducted. Despite contacting Walmart's customer service multiple times and being provided with details of the refund transaction, the issue remains unresolved. My bank confirmed a $43.81 refund was reversed by Walmart, and $48.31 was deducted from my account. They advised Walmart should credit my bank card with the correct amount. I seek assistance in getting my $48.31 refunded.

I received this message from a supplier and need assistance. I am unsure when or where they shipped the order. When contacting the post office, I need confirmation of shipment. This was my first and possibly last mail order from Walmart. I struggled with customer service due to the accent of the representatives. Their speech was too fast and hard to understand. I frequently shop at the Walmart on Dirksen in Springfield, Illinois, as I have limited mobility. I make substantial monthly purchases on groceries and other items. Today, my delivery was missing a fan, and items were left outside in the heat and rain, causing my ice cream and cheesecake to spoil as I waited for help. Although it’s my responsibility to bring in packages, a sign on my door clearly requests packages to be placed inside. I tried contacting the delivery driver with no success. When contacting Walmart, I faced challenges being connected to the correct department, but eventually left my information with a helpful employee in electronics who apologized for the inconvenience.

I purchased a Mattress for my daughter from Walmart.com. Shortly after placing the order, I canceled it due to delivery restrictions and the lack of old mattress removal service. However, I received an email a week later notifying me of the impending shipment. I promptly called customer service to cancel the order and inquire about the oversight. The representative successfully located the order and canceled it. Despite this, the mattress was still delivered today to the wrong location and without prior contact with my daughter. Given her disability and lack of transportation, she cannot return the mattress to a local store. I reside in Arizona while she resides in Washington State. I kindly request that Walmart arranges for the mattress to be picked up and issues a refund. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm Daniel Mckenzie. I recently got let go from Walmart store number [redacted] in Waycross, Georgia. Despite wearing a mask when interacting with people, I did not wear one while pushing carts under extreme heat at 97 degrees. Wearing a mask all day in such conditions is challenging for me due to my religious beliefs. I question if it's fair to expect someone dripping with sweat from head to waist to then endure frigid indoor temperatures. While I understand the mask policies, it doesn't seem right that I lost my job over this issue. I'm looking for someone to communicate with me about this situation as losing my job for something that goes against my beliefs and affects my breathing doesn't sit well with me.

I have been trying for over 6 months to get a new money card from Walmart. I have submitted all necessary documents, but they keep saying they are insufficient. I received a $15.00 Walmart gift card from Walmart due to an error made by a third-party distributor. I recently placed an online order on Walmart's website but was disappointed with the payment process. The gift card was not applied during checkout, and my debit card was charged instead. I recently purchased a new TV and a wall mount to have it installed by a professional handyman service. Unfortunately, they have canceled the appointment a total of 8 times. The latest scheduled appointment was last night from 5pm to 6:45pm, but the handyman did not show up. This marks the 9th time they have failed to arrive as promised, leaving us waiting with no explanation. To add insult to injury, I received a text asking me to rate the handyman who never showed up. I'm extremely frustrated as we have rearranged our plans multiple times only to be let down last minute. The situation has left our house in disarray, and I urgently need this issue to be resolved.

Today, I went to the Walmart located at [redacted] Yale St., Houston, Texas, around 2:15 p.m. to deposit $1,[redacted] to my Walmart debit card. Upon entering, I noticed that there was only one clerk and a long line forming. When it was my turn, I gave the clerk $[redacted] and two $[redacted] bills. She quickly counted the money and claimed I was $[redacted] short. Despite my initial hesitation, I gave her another $[redacted] bill. I then requested a recount as I was certain of the amount I had. After some time, another person came to double-check the count at 2:40 p.m. I had to leave for work but left my contact details with Abigail, the customer service manager, who called me at 3:28 p.m. mentioning a discrepancy. I inquired about the appeals process multiple times before being directed to call 1 [redacted] Walmart. Abigail mentioned that the receipt could be retrieved at the customer service desk.

Unfortunately, at 3:07 pm on the 3rd, I received an email informing me that 9 items were out of stock, including crucial items like drinking water and cat food. Despite assurances from a store associate named Bailey at 6:25 pm that the order would arrive shortly, it is now 6:53 pm with no sign of the delivery. Walmart's failure to meet the delivery time, lack of communication about delays, and overall poor customer service have left me extremely disappointed, especially as we were celebrating my daughter's birthday. I was notified that some items I purchased were delivered, but I never received them. I live in a secured senior apartment complex with [redacted] units. When I receive notifications that packages are left at the door, with [redacted] units in the building, visitors and delivery staff can only access it with resident/customer permission. None of the packages that were supposed to be delivered have reached me. To ensure successful delivery, the drivers should call my home number for access. I have not received any packages or deliveries, which is disappointing and makes me consider shopping elsewhere. Hello, on October 25, [redacted], I visited the Walmart in Burbank, CA. I work for Instacart Corp. I bought around 50 items, but the cashier informed me they were out of bags. I needed to deliver the items to a third-floor apartment, so I asked the manager on duty, Frank, for empty boxes. Despite pointing out they had many empty boxes, Frank declined to help, saying it wasn't his problem. I believe the corporation should address this issue as it's unacceptable to expect customers to carry so many items without bags. I had to go to Ralphs Market to buy bags and the customer even asked if I had been to Ralphs for the items. Other stores I've been to also ran out of bags, but they provided alternative solutions with respect for the customers. I hope this situation can be addressed promptly because it's not fair to place the burden on customers when it's the store's problem. Thank you.

I like to ensure specific items are in stock before heading to the store. Since Walmart added Delivery and Store Pick Up, I've had trouble verifying availability. For instance, I searched for Diet Dr. Thunder 12-pack, and the page indicated "Order Soon! 2 left." Excited, I rushed to the store, only to find none on the shelf. I work at store [redacted], and I have noticed that while the Great Workplace initiative was introduced to every section of the store in January, overnight stocking, where I work, has been left out. The final implementation date was supposed to be October 24th, yet it hasn't happened for our group. It feels unjust that all other areas have been enjoying $13+ wages for the past few months while we overnight workers are still stuck at $11.50. This discrepancy is unacceptable. If necessary, I am willing to escalate this matter to the BBB for resolution.
