On 4/12/[redacted], I placed an order for the following items. Even though the merchant confirmed that the items were shipped, UPS never received the package. I was charged for the purchase nonetheless. After contacting customer support, they reached out to the merchant. The merchant's email response was unhelpful. Despite receiving a second uninformative email from the merchant, I have not yet received a refund. I kindly request your assistance in facilitating an immediate refund from the merchant. Thank you for your support. Sales Order ID: [redacted] Item ID: [redacted]6 Item: 10 lb Iron Disc Weight Plate

Dear Walmart, I am extremely disappointed with the situation concerning my stimulus funds not being accessible on my Walmart Money Card during such challenging times. Despite my State Government's support, my funds are critical for my family's survival. The lack of communication from your end and the withholding of my money without any explanation is unacceptable. I have patiently waited for a resolution but to no avail. I urge you to release my funds promptly. This experience has been disheartening, and I may consider sharing my ordeal to discourage others from using the Walmart Money Card service. Your prompt attention to this matter would be highly appreciated. Sincerely, Stephen R.

I purchased a microwave which arrived after 8 days. Unfortunately, it was supposed to be 1.6 cu ft but was only 1.1 cu ft. I was promised a $37 refund that I never received. After spending hours on hold twice, I was assured of a refund but it never materialized. On the third call, I was informed that I would only receive $20 back and that I would be notified via email in 2 days. It has been a week, and I'm still waiting. Disappointed by Walmart's recent questionable behavior and deceitful tactics, I will be taking my business elsewhere after this experience.

I have been waiting for over three weeks, nearly a month, without receiving the products I paid for. I had to change my bank card numbers, causing delays. I have the names of the individuals I spoke with over the five days, and I am frustrated with Walmart for not resolving this. The products are for my wheelchair-bound nephew, a vulnerable adult I care for. I need either the products or a refund promptly. I had to purchase similar items locally, impacting my budget. I have been calling and checking the app daily, but the orders were repeatedly canceled without a full refund. I received partial refunds, but the total amount is incorrect. I am considering seeking legal advice due to this situation. The customer service calls seem ineffective, and I want this issue resolved by someone in the United States who can address it properly.

Hello, I am Lee Ison from Belfair, Washington. The Masonic lodge I am involved with purchases bicycles from Walmart to support local elementary schools and libraries with their accelerated reading programs. Due to Covid-19, we were only able to present 4 out of the 8 or 10 bicycles we planned to donate to one school. Now, the second school has reached out, but we have faced challenges finding the specific bikes we intended to purchase due to low availability at Walmart stores in Port Orchard, WA, and surrounding areas. The bicycles we were looking for include 2 Huffy 20” Sea Star Girls Bikes in Pink, 1 Kent 20” Chaos Boy’s Bike in Matte, and 1 Mongoose Excursion mountain bike. We are flexible and open to similar options of the same size and gender specifications. Could you please let us know when these bicycles will be back in stock? Thank you, Lee Ison

I placed an order and was supposed to receive it on May 27th. After not receiving the package, I called customer service on May 28th for more specific delivery information. I was instructed to contact the 3rd party company directly and wait for a response within 24hrs to request a refund. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and offended. Being put on hold for over an hour and then ignored by a supervisor is unacceptable. I demand a full refund for the wasted time and the unauthorized charge to my bank account. I expected better from a company like Wal-Mart and am dismayed by this lack of transparency and customer care. I urge you to return my funds promptly and rectify this situation. An apology for the misleading information and time wasted is also requested.

I bought a Quick Release Drink Bottle Cup Holder from EEEKit on a marketplace, but it doesn't work correctly. I've messaged the seller twice, but I've received no response. I don't want to miss the return window. It seems like the seller is unresponsive. I'm seeking a full refund for the $14.97 I paid for the item. Waiting for over 10 hours for a callback is too long.

I made a PC purchase on April 18th via the Walmart app for my son's online gaming needs. Despite the product being well-maintained with all original packaging, we found it wasn't meeting our speed requirements after light use for a few weeks. Upon checking Walmart's return policy, which usually allows returns within 30 days for computers, I initiated the return process on March 17th through the app. Surprisingly, the app directed me to return the item by June 16th, deviating from the standard policy. Assuming it was due to Covid-19 extensions, as a disabled individual, I waited until June 2nd to return the PC. However, the store staff refused the return, citing the policy discrepancy and being unable to assist despite my plea. Desperately needing a refund, I have already purchased another PC for my son online.

I ordered a cedar swing set in April, but it never arrived at my home despite selecting delivery to my address. It turns out the order goes through a third party of Walmart called Wholesale Values, which I was unaware of. After reading their terrible reviews, I am disappointed and want a full refund. I refuse to pay $[redacted] for nothing. I have spoken to my credit union, and they mentioned that I can dispute the charge, but only starting on June 10th, and Wholesale Values will have 30 days to respond. I am furious about this situation. I have decided not to order from Walmart online in the future and will not recommend it to others. If I do not receive my refund, I will involve my lawyer. I am ready to provide all necessary information.

I returned a watch on April 16th and received a refund of $75.59. I used $40.00 from my points and $35.59 on my card. I have been in contact with Walmart consistently to get my $40 refunded. The latest update was last Friday when I was told by a customer service representative that the supervisor would call me by Monday or Tuesday, but I have not received any call. I have been a loyal customer, spending thousands of dollars at the company, and I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has unfolded. If I owed you money, you would expect prompt payment, and I believe the same level of service should be extended to me.

I used a Visa debit card to purchase a small window air conditioner, but the delivery address was incorrect due to a mistake. I contacted customer service via chat, and after some confusion, they directed me to legal assistance instead of helping me with my issue. The transaction details are as follows: the debit card number is 4[redacted] 0[redacted], expiring 9/23, with code [redacted], and the amount debited from my checking account on 5/27 was $[redacted].53. The air conditioner was sent to the wrong address at 90 16th St SW (apt 1) in Akron, Ohio, but the correct address is [redacted] 16th St SW (apt 1) for Pamela B. Please call before delivery at 1 [redacted]. I am willing to cover any additional shipping costs with the same debit card. I don't have the order number but my name is George W. J., reachable at 1 [redacted], using Citizens Bank in Montrose, Akron. I kindly request Walmart to confirm delivery and resend the item to the correct address as mentioned. Pamela urgently needs the air conditioner due to the extreme heat, so any prompt assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help, George.

I am looking to order various cakes for my daughter's and my niece's upcoming birthdays as well as a graduation cake. The only way to customize these cakes is by ordering online. I also need to order two Father's Day cakes for my dad and husband. I am trying to pay with my EBT card, which is fully funded for purchases. I added my card information as they accept Lonestar, but when I finish selecting the custom cakes, the payment screen does not have an option for EBT. Despite scheduling one order successfully, I am unsure how to proceed with the cake orders. The website mentions holding orders for 48 hours, but I'm unsure if they will receive my order or not. I would appreciate any help or advice on how to complete the order and ensure it is delivered and confirmed.

I ordered 8 boxes of Kind peanut butter breakfast bars two weeks ago. Instead, I received 8 boxes of peanut butter dark chocolate granola bars. After calling customer service, they promised to send the correct item as a replacement. However, the replacement package I just received contains another 8 boxes of the wrong granola bars. The original item I wanted was the Peanut Butter Breakfast Bars, not the dark chocolate granola bars. The replacement order number is: [redacted]-[redacted]. Although I can't find the original order number, the image and description clearly show it should be Kind Peanut Butter Breakfast Bars without any mention of chocolate. I'm frustrated by the mix-up and the waste of resources, especially food.

On February 18, [redacted], I purchased a large-screen TV along with installation service from Handy for $79, as suggested by a Walmart associate. After realizing their service wasn't suitable, I cancelled on the same day at 6:42 pm with Jen who confirmed the cancellation via email and issued a credit to my card. Despite multiple emails regarding the missing credit, Handy first mentioned issuing a check on March 11, and despite subsequent promises of reissuing it, I have yet to receive it as of today. I am frustrated by the lack of resolution and feel misled. I am seeking a refund of $79. If needed, I can provide all email copies as proof of my claim. Thank you for your assistance. Sammy S. I purchased an e-bike for $[redacted] through Walmart.com on 3/26/20 with an expected delivery date of 4/3. Despite more than 3 months passing, my order # [redacted]-[redacted] has not been delivered. I've made several attempts to contact Walmart using different phone numbers and email addresses, but have not received a response from a live person. Previous emails with all the necessary order details have gone unanswered.

On June 30, I visited Walmart and was enticed by the terms offered by an electronics associate to purchase an LG Stylo 6 on Sprint. However, upon reviewing the paperwork at home, I discovered discrepancies in the payment amounts and terms. Despite being under the impression that I would pay $40 upfront, followed by $4 per month for 24 months, with the option to unlock the phone after two months, the written agreement stated different figures. I returned to the store multiple times to address the issue with the same employee who failed to provide clarity. The lack of transparency and conflicting promises led me to seek a resolution by contacting the manager, Dave, who unfortunately did not follow up as agreed. Frustrated by the lack of communication and service, I plan to return the phone and seek a full refund while ensuring a smooth transaction by involving store security or law enforcement during the process.

I have encountered numerous issues with the Walmart store in Devine, Texas. Every time I shop for groceries, my items are inadequately bagged, resulting in frozen items with dog food, smashed peaches, and mixed cleaning products with canned goods. Additionally, I experienced poor customer service when I requested a replacement for a damaged product, and the cashier's attitude was unacceptable. I have also purchased spoiled food items, such as watermelon and cantaloupe, and faulty dishwasher gel packs. Despite my efforts to address these problems, I have faced challenges in receiving refunds and getting through to customer service. I expect better quality control and service from Walmart, as I spend a significant amount in their store. Your attention to these matters is appreciated. Thank you for your time. - KM

I am extremely disappointed with Walmart's service. I made an order for a Keurig weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I checked the status regularly but got no information on the delivery date. When I called, a helpful representative provided me with confirmation number #[redacted]9 and another number #[redacted], though I'm unsure of their significance. I appreciate the effort to assist, but waiting over three weeks for my coffee maker was unacceptable. I have lost faith in Walmart's ability to deliver and won't be ordering from them again. I had planned to purchase a Keurig as a gift, but I will be looking elsewhere now.

While driving on [redacted] near the Riverdale exit in Memphis last night, a Walmart truck almost caused a serious accident. The truck indiscriminately high-beamed me, then cut in front of my car abruptly, forcing me to brake suddenly to avoid a collision. This incident was extremely frightening and dangerous. I believe the driver was heading to the Collierville store based on the direction he was driving. I am disappointed with Walmart's lack of responsiveness to my complaint about this reckless driver. It is concerning that such behavior is not taken seriously by the company. This experience has left me shaken, and I feel that the driver should be held accountable for his actions on the road. Every driver Walmart employs represents the company, and their actions reflect on the brand. This incident has made me question the safety and professionalism of Walmart's drivers.

I have placed numerous orders on Walmart.com and have generally been satisfied with the service. However, I recently received an email asking for a review of an item I have not yet received. On July 9th, I placed order # [redacted]-[redacted] for Softsoap Aloe Vera Soap Refill (four 1-gallon bottles) at a price of $69.99. The email prompted me to check my orders, which indicated that package 3 of 4 was delivered on July 14th. Despite receiving multiple deliveries from Walmart that day, I did not receive the soap. I assumed it was still on its way. Kindly investigate and inform me of the whereabouts of my missing soap. If it was mistakenly delivered elsewhere, please ensure it reaches me promptly. Thank you. - Carol T.
