I have a Walmart Visa debit gift card with a balance of $[redacted]. After making purchases totaling less than $[redacted], I checked the balance and found it was $99.92 with only $0.86 available. Reviewing the transaction history, I noticed the previous purchases and two pending charges of $49.96 each. The pending charges did not specify the vendor. I am concerned about these unexpected charges as I did not make any purchases for $49.96.

Hello, I am inquiring about my order of the "NIVEA Essentially Enriched Body Lotion, for Use After Hand Washing, 33.8 fl. oz. Bottle." Originally scheduled for delivery on April 4th, [redacted], I just received an email from Walmart notifying me of a delay in shipment without an estimated time of arrival. Walmart indicated they would update me once the item is ready. They mentioned I have the option to cancel the order without any charges, which I have initiated online with order number [redacted]-[redacted]. Despite the online message stating that the cancellation is not guaranteed and I may still receive the order, I request assurance that my order will be successfully cancelled and that no charges will be processed. Hello, my name is Betty R. I had a list of items I needed from Walmart. As a senior living in a senior community, it's important for me to stay indoors due to the current situation with the virus. I usually order online without any issues, but today I encountered a problem at checkout. Despite trying on my computer and my husband's, my information didn't match what was on record. My password seemed to be linked to someone else, which couldn't be the case as it's unique to me. It appears that an order I thought I deleted earlier might still be active. I'm unsure if using a different computer is causing this issue. I believe I may have successfully placed an order on my husband's computer, but I'm now unable to access my account due to the password confusion. I have been attempting all day to schedule a grocery pickup. I completed an order, but I cannot find an available pick-up or delivery date. While trying to select a slot for April 13th, it kept giving an error message stating, "Sorry, the requested parameters are invalid. Please review and try again." This is frustrating as I need to shop for a 90-year-old friend who relies on me for groceries. Even using my Walmart account, the issue persists. Despite trying on Monday, April 6th for a slot on April 14th, I am still unsuccessful. I am located in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada, and I am at a loss as to the cause of this issue. I have tried both approaches of booking a slot first and ordering groceries first without success.

I purchased an unlocked cell phone online from Walmart. The phone I received was not compatible with my cell provider, so I had to order another one from my provider. I returned the phone on 3/20/[redacted]. The service representative mentioned that it might take a bit longer to process the refund since the phone was sold through a third-party vendor. I have the receipt and all accessories. If I don't see the credit on my debit within a week, I was told to return for assistance. Due to the current situation with the coronavirus, I haven't gone back yet. The tracking number for the return is ([redacted]89). The refund amount is $53.90 after tax. I would appreciate any help in getting my refund without risking my health.

I was in a chat with Edgar when my computer unexpectedly shut down. I hope the records were saved because I need to address a long-standing issue involving untruthful customer service representatives. Despite receiving an email confirmation stating the problem was resolved in early February, it has not been. Additionally, I was charged for an unauthorized purchase dated April 6, [redacted]. I've been trying to contact someone via phone or chat all morning to no avail. As a homebound disabled senior, this has been incredibly frustrating. I require this matter to be resolved promptly, or I will escalate it to the media and your corporate offices in Bentonville, Arkansas. As per the website, my order is currently being prepared. Typically, I can track my orders, but this time it seems to be unavailable. It's been nearly two weeks, and my items are arriving separately. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. I am eager to know the status and expected arrival time as it was supposed to be delivered today. Unfortunately, the tracking information doesn't show it's en route, which I find concerning.

I placed an order for weights two weeks ago with order number [redacted]-[redacted]. It was scheduled to arrive on the 9th, which I was looking forward to. However, on the 8th, I received an email stating that the item is back-ordered. I am disappointed and frustrated by this last-minute notice. Had I known earlier, I would have considered purchasing from a different retailer. Is there a possibility for compensation for this inconvenience?

The Customer Service department is unable to assist, and after eight unsuccessful attempts, I hope to have it forwarded. To Whom It May Concern at Walmart and Mr. McMillion (CEO) I am deeply concerned about the current situation at your stores in Minnesota, particularly in the inner city and suburbs of St. Paul. During my recent visit to the Woodbury Walmart on Thursday, April 9, at 5 PM, I observed numerous shoppers, including children, roaming the store without masks or gloves. Social distancing was not enforced, and many carts contained disposed gloves instead of sanitary wipes. Employees were working in small groups without protective gear, which is unacceptable during this pandemic. I urge you to take immediate action to ensure the safety of both customers and employees to prevent further spread of the virus. I recently resolved a dispute with my money card; however, my phone was stolen, so I can’t access my attached phone number and email. While waiting for my replacement phone, I needed to send affidavits to AT&T, causing a delay in recovering my phone number and email. As I didn't expect the dispute process to take so long, I mistakenly threw away the card before receiving any updates. Now, I can't find my account because I don't have the card number. I have multiple cards but can't access any of them. I received a credit of $20, but since I discarded the card, I'm unable to utilize it. I provided my case number [redacted], and I'm looking for the best solution since I can't access my account without the card or phone. If possible, I can transfer the funds to another Green Dot card besides the Walmart one. I'm open to sending the card details or reporting it as stolen if necessary, but I lack the physical card and access due to the phone theft and AT&T replacement delay.

Subject: Issue with Purchase Order No: [redacted]-[redacted] I believe I was a victim of fraudulent activity when I placed an order on April 4, [redacted], via Walmart.com. I bought 5 railing flower pots sized 12” x 24” from a seller named TPM. I initially received a confirmation email and was informed that my items would be shipped and delivered by April 16. On April 8, I received an email with a strange reference to multiple shipments under the same tracking number. Subsequently, I got an odd email from Walmart.com mentioning an inquiry I had never made. Following that, I received a vague label from a Fulfillment Center in Valencia, CA indicating backorder status. Checking my tracking on April 14, the delivery status showed as completed the day before, though the package was never received. Attempts to contact Walmart's customer service were unfruitful, leaving me unable to cancel the order. My credit card was charged on April 8 for the undelivered items. The dubious circumstances surrounding the delivery and lack of proper response from Walmart.com leaves me deeply concerned and requesting an immediate refund. I have been unable to receive a response either by email or phone. After waiting for 45 minutes on the phone, the line got disconnected. I understand that you are very busy, but when one has searched online for a long time for an answer to their question, what should be done? It is impossible to contact the seller DESPITE MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS. When I click submit, this message appears: "We encountered a problem and cannot submit your request. Please try again later." 2. I purchased [redacted] disposable face masks from Walmart on April 5 with an expected delivery date of April 16. I have multiple Walmart Gift Cards with verified funds. They were working perfectly until a few weeks ago. Currently, I cannot use any of the cards for purchases. Every payment attempt using various cards, some with more than enough balance for the items, is being declined. It seems like there's an issue with my account as I can't complete any transactions on websites. Even after updating my information, the problem persists. I purchased item order#[redacted][redacted] on April 4th, but it arrived damaged with one arm hole improperly sewn. I initiated a refund request on Walmart.com and followed their instructions to return the item to the Walmart store on Broadway in Tyler, Texas. However, the customer service associate I dealt with was very rude and refused to process the refund. My online grocery order appears to be lost at the store, but 1-[redacted] WALMART can track it on their system. Despite being charged $[redacted].00, Walmart Market confirmed receiving my order via email. On 4/19 at 3:00 PM, I was unable to collect my groceries as the store claimed it never registered in their system. I urgently need the groceries today for my three kids, one of whom has a compromised immune system, making it risky for me to go to the store. With my husband, an RN, currently in NY for COVID-19, and no one else to assist, I seek immediate resolution. Although I've contacted multiple individuals, including 2 representatives at 1-[redacted] WALMART and store associates, they advise me to reach out to corporate. Despite an assurance of a callback from a corporate supervisor, I have yet to receive one.

I recently made a purchase on Walmart.com for the Walnew 7 Pieces Outdoor Patio Furniture Sofa Set. Unfortunately, I have only received 5 pieces out of the 7 I ordered. The website shows the order as delivered, but I have yet to receive the remaining items. I spent several hours on the phone with customer service with no resolution, and I am currently waiting for assistance again. I ordered elastic cord with order number [redacted]-[redacted] on April 12. The estimated delivery date was April 20. However, the USPS tracking information indicates that the vendor has not sent the item yet. I reached out to Walmart customer service via email, and they mentioned that the vendor would contact me, but I have not heard from them or Walmart.com since then. Since I urgently needed the material for personal protective gear, I had to order it from another supplier. It seems that Walmart's vendor is not fulfilling orders promptly. I kindly request a refund for the purchase price, sales tax, and shipping fees. It might be worth reconsidering the use of this particular vendor in the future.
