I placed an order for a gift to be picked up thinking it would be ready tomorrow. After checking out, I was surprised to see that it wouldn't be available until Dec 30, even though it showed as in stock for immediate pick up. This information should have been clear before completing the purchase. Now, I had to go to the store in the rain to get it even though it was available. They wouldn't cancel my online order and are asking me to do it through this method, which is inconvenient. Order details: [redacted]-[redacted]

My expected two-day delivery date has been pushed back by an extra 2-3 days. I am frustrated. This was my first time ordering from Walmart, and I am disappointed. I have decided to return my orders. Originally, I was supposed to get my items a few days early, but now they won't arrive until 2-3 days after Christmas. I'm going back to Amazon. This situation is frustrating. The company should hire more people during the busy holiday season. I took a risk, and now I have to deal with a post-Christmas delivery.

I bought a DVD from Walmart that was supposed to come with an $8 VUDU movie credit, but my receipt didn't have the code. I read on a forum that I could call customer service to get the code, but I haven't had any luck reaching them. The DVD I purchased was a 3-pack with the movies 'Holiday Inn', 'The Family Man', and 'Love Actually' by Universal. The TC# on my receipt is 2[redacted] 0[redacted] [redacted].

I recently attempted to return some Christmas gifts at Walmart store number [redacted]. Knowing I didn't have the receipt, I expected to receive a gift card. My child wanted to order replacements from walmart.com, so we planned to return the items for store credit. Although the employee accepted the jeans, they declined to take back the films. The films were incorrect, and we hoped to find a broader selection online.

I recently bought a $[redacted] Walmart gift card but had issues activating it in-store. When I returned it, the manager wouldn't refund me, and the replacement card was also invalid. Walmart claims they can't do anything about it. I'm frustrated as my money seems to be stuck with no solution in sight. It doesn't seem fair or legal.

On December 7, [redacted], I experienced an issue while attempting to purchase four tablets at your store. Despite being informed that the tablets were not available, I later witnessed an associate selling two of them while I was on the phone with the manager. After spending two hours searching in-store, unable to locate the tablets despite the computer indicating there were 33 in stock, I am now being told they were on layaway. As someone with retail experience, I find this explanation unsatisfactory as it should have been reflected in the inventory system. The specific product I was looking for was the RCA 7" 16GB Quad Core Voyager III tablet, which was advertised at $15 during a sale. I am firm in my request for four of these tablets at the advertised price. I have encountered multiple untruths during my interactions with your staff. As a customer on a budget, I am disappointed by the lack of transparency and professionalism displayed. Despite being promised a call back, I have yet to receive one. If this matter is not resolved, I will be taking my business elsewhere and alerting others to my negative experience.

Dear Customer Service, I wanted to bring to your attention an item at store number [redacted] in Caldwell, Idaho. There is a Remington Shotgun, model [redacted] "Sportsman", with SKU number [redacted]74, and serial number TL064783 on display for over two years, priced at $[redacted]. I understand your policy regarding discounts on long-standing inventory and believe this item should be reduced to $[redacted] or less by now. Despite my attempts, the sporting goods manager has not marked it down. I couldn't find the item listed in the store's inventory, which seems unusual. I'm interested in purchasing this shotgun and potentially other discounted firearms if available. Please address this matter promptly as I am eager to make the purchase. Thank you for your assistance.

I had a problem with a scammer on Amazon who I unknowingly ordered a PS4 from. Amazon is unable to cancel the order after 10 days of struggling with this issue. They just directed me to contact you today. The PS4 has not been shipped, my card has not been charged, and it's still pending on my card. Can you cancel the transaction and refund the money to my card, please confirm if this is possible?

I recently made a purchase for a digital scale on Walmart.com. I typically receive a notification when my item is ready for pick-up, but this time I got a confirmation saying the item had been picked up while I was at work. I did not pick up the scale so I'm concerned about the security of my Walmart account. I reached out to customer service via chat and they said they would contact the store but I haven't heard back yet. My bank has been charged for the scale that I didn't receive. My order number is [redacted][redacted] and I am eager to resolve this issue promptly.

I ordered three boxes of 12 Sterilite flip-top boxes for pickup at Walmart in Franklin, TN, on Mallory Lane. I placed the order on 1/17/[redacted]. After a delay notification on 1/19/[redacted], I received an email on 1/21/[redacted] stating the order was ready, but only one box was available when I went for pickup on 1/23/[redacted]. While searching for the missing boxes, Walmart associates found two other packages ordered as Christmas gifts. I'm now requesting a refund for the two missing items - a Baby Alive doll set and Buzz Lightyear blow-up wings. I want the remaining two boxes of Sterilite to be shipped to my house with fast, free shipping due to the inconvenience. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.

On February 14th, I reached out to inquire about a product via email. Unfortunately, the response I received did not address any of the questions I asked. Can someone advise me on how to proceed with this situation? Original Email: --- Re: [Ticket#[redacted][redacted]] Walmart.com Customer Inquiry Walmart <[redacted]> Friday, February 14, [redacted] 9:06 PM Dear Harold Warren, Would you please provide the link for the product you are inquiring about? What are the dimensions of the Length (end to end) and Width (widest point)? 3. What is the working strength of these hooks? Thank you for your help, Hal Warren

Order #[redacted]-[redacted]: I have been eagerly anticipating this order for the past week, checking the tracking information daily. The delivery date has been constantly delayed, with promises of delivery the next day on multiple occasions. After speaking with customer service on Thursday, they assured me it would arrive on Friday due to the tracking information. However, it did not arrive and is now showing delayed at a warehouse in Simi Valley. I am considering cancelling my order and purchasing from Amazon to receive it sooner. I have been patient, but expected it to arrive by now. Could you please provide an update on the situation? Thank you.

In late [redacted], I fell victim to identity theft, a truly terrifying situation. To protect my work direct deposit, I opted for Walmart money cards, but I've encountered numerous issues. Despite reaching out for help, I've been directed to a phone line where I wait endlessly, only to be hung up on when someone finally answers. This disrespectful treatment has led me to seek assistance here. I am unsure of the next steps to resolve this ongoing problem. If this message doesn't yield a solution, I plan to contact 1.[redacted].WALMART, the BBB, and even local news outlets. I hope for a resolution and apologize if I come across as rude; it's not my intention.

I received a package that arrived yesterday, as expected. However, the items inside were not what I had ordered. Despite my name and address being on the label, there was a mix-up. I spoke with two customer service representatives regarding this issue. Initially, I was instructed to return the package, but due to a misunderstanding, I received an email requesting the return of the items I actually ordered. After a follow-up call with Ivy, I was advised to keep the package due to the error. Another email confirmed a refund for the correct items. Although I informed Ivy that I had already received a return label from the first customer service representative, FedEx attempted to pick up the package. As instructed, I kept the package, but there seems to be confusion with the courier. This situation has left me feeling uncertain about the resolution. Thank you. Dianne P.

On January 26, [redacted], around noon, I visited Walmart in Twin Falls to fill up my car with gas. When I tried to use pump #9, it wouldn't accept my card. I went inside the convenience store and informed the attendant about the issue, then ended up using my debit card to purchase $16 worth of gas. Upon checking my transactions later online, I noticed several unexpected charges from Walmart, including two $75 debits, two $75 credits, and another $75 debit that I didn't authorize. I then visited my bank to report the issue and filled out a form. I am currently waiting for the unauthorized $75 charge to be resolved. If anyone has advice on why this $75 charge appeared on my account and when it might be removed, I would appreciate it. You can reach me at [redacted] Thank you for your help.

I went to H Street Walmart on 2/25/[redacted] and purchased slip-resistant shoes for work. The shoes were labeled $34 but rang up as $28 at checkout. However, upon getting home, I realized they were the wrong size. I returned, exchanged them for a different size, and paid the price difference of $1.41. I expected to receive a refund of $28, but it hasn't shown up yet. I understand the wait time is typically 5-7 business days. Is there a way to expedite this process or confirm that my refund is being processed? Thank you.

I made two orders with store gift cards on 03/19. There have been issues with my accounts and orders. I believe my account was deactivated mistakenly. I have proof of purchase and usage of the gift cards. I have spent hours trying to resolve this with Walmart customer service. It seems like there is a miscommunication between departments. I have not been informed of any investigation into my account. I am certain the gift cards were not compromised. I am aware of my rights under California law regarding gift cards. I want my gift cards replaced or refunded as soon as possible. I am frustrated with the lack of progress and would appreciate guidance over the phone.

Yesterday, I purchased a ShopVac online along with a 3-year extended warranty from Allstate using a Walmart gift card. Today, when I tried to order some Fancy Feast cat food, it somehow added it to my previous ShopVac order, charging me again for the ShopVac, Allstate warranty, and deducting the gift card value once more. I did not receive any email confirmations for these orders. Now, I see charges for two ShopVacs, two Allstate warranties, and a case of 30 cans of Fancy Feast cat food on my Walmart gift card. All I initially wanted was one ShopVac with an extended warranty from Allstate. If the situation cannot be resolved promptly, please refund all charges to my Walmart card. I am considering reordering everything from Amazon, but I insist on having the Walmart gift card balance restored.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I reached out to the Springfield, MA Walmart location to request a donation of plastic bags for our agency, which serves seniors in several towns through Meals on Wheels. These bags are essential for delivering hot meals safely to seniors. Unfortunately, I was denied the donation because the bags have Walmart's logo on them. I believe this could have been a great opportunity for Walmart to show support for Meals on Wheels. I was disappointed by the store manager's lack of interest in helping us during this critical time of need. Is there a possibility we can still work something out? Thank you. If Walmart could kindly consider donating plastic bags to Greater Springfield Senior Services, Inc. at 66 Industry Avenue, Suite 9, Springfield, MA [redacted], it would greatly benefit our senior community.

I have encountered an issue with my recent order for pick up at the Lebanon store. Due to a mix-up, I was unable to collect my groceries as I am currently at home. Fortunately, a neighbor was kind enough to pick them up for me. However, there were discrepancies in my order. I mistakenly ordered bananas which I later removed, and there was an error in the quantity of sugar I ordered, receiving 25lbs instead of the intended 10lbs. Additionally, Splenda was included in the order, which I did not intend to purchase. As a person on a fixed income, I would appreciate a refund for these items. During pick up, I was advised to contact the [redacted] number for assistance. I kindly request help in resolving this matter without the need for someone to collect the sugar and Splenda in person.
