Hello, I recently made a purchase on Walmart.com, but the product I received was not what I ordered and was faulty. When I tried to return it to the store, they discovered the discrepancy. I contacted Walmart.com support from the store, and after some back-and-forth, they agreed to send me a shipping label. It took a while, but with their help, I finally received it. However, it has been over two weeks now, and I have not heard anything from the seller or received my refund. Can anyone assist me with this?

I have not received one of the two Sewing Kits for beginners that I ordered. Order #[redacted]-[redacted]. The product was marked as shipped and delivered, but I only received one out of the two I purchased. My charge card was already billed for both items.

I am experiencing trouble with my order #[redacted]-[redacted]. It was meant to be delivered to the Farmingdale NY store (zip code [redacted]) on December 2nd, then rescheduled for December 9th, and now delayed again until December 11. The latest notification states it will be ready after 6pm on December 11. I have attempted to reach out to the store via phone with no success. The repeated delays have caused me to miss out on presenting this item as a gift, putting me in an embarrassing position with my company for not meeting my commitment.

Hello! I made a purchase on walmart.com on November 28, [redacted]. After being notified of the delivery on December 5, I discovered that it was sent to an address in Illinois instead of my location in Las Vegas. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have not received a response. Can anyone assist me with this issue and advise on the next steps to take? The item I ordered but did not receive is the JLab Audio JBuds Air Executive True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds + Charging Case in Black. Thank you for your assistance. - M.H.

I bought an Apple iPhone 6 Plus on December 3rd with order number #[redacted][redacted] for $[redacted].95. The delivery did not show up, so I contacted customer service for a refund as the item ended up at the wrong address. The refund was processed, but then on December 11, Walmart charged me an extra $[redacted].00, causing me financial strain. After contacting Walmart, they mentioned they would reach out to the seller, but I have not heard anything yet. My card company also informed me of an overcharge. I urgently need this matter resolved to receive the refund and address the double charge, as I still have gifts to purchase.

I recently returned a hair straightener purchased online within the return period at a store. However, the employee, Sonia, in Hayward informed me that due to computer restrictions, I could only receive a Walmart gift card instead of a refund to my credit card. At the time of purchase, it was not indicated that returns would be processed in the form of a gift card. I would have reconsidered the purchase if I had known this policy. I would prefer to receive the refund directly to my credit card rather than a gift card.

On November 30, [redacted], I purchased an Asus laptop for $[redacted].39 through a secondary merchant on Walmart's website. The promised delivery date was December 13. However, on that day, I received an email stating that the laptop had arrived, which was not the case. The price also increased to $[redacted].39 due to taxes. According to the USPS tracking number, the laptop was supposedly delivered on December 5 to Bardstown, KY, although I reside in Stevensville, MD. I have tried contacting the merchant via email but have not received a response. Unfortunately, I have not been able to reach a live person at Walmart to discuss what steps I can take next, despite them having charged me for the laptop. Now, I am left without a computer, unsure of how to proceed.

On 11/15/19, there was a mix-up with the new and old tires - the passenger side should have the old tire, not the new one that was mistakenly placed on the driver's side and disposed of. David, the manager, mentioned other factors could be at play, like the possibility the tire wasn't on the car initially. The receipt shows a DOT # and all 4 tires should be the same from Wal-Mart. Any recommendations on how to proceed would be appreciated.

Order#[redacted]-[redacted]: I have not yet received the tablet case I ordered. The tracking information shows it as delivered, but upon checking the details, it indicates a delay with an expected arrival on December 12. Additionally, the Supershieldz I received are smaller than the 11.5" size I ordered. I am eagerly awaiting the tablet case as it is intended as a Christmas gift. Can you please provide an update on its delivery status? I would also like a refund on the shipping fee since it was expedited. Furthermore, could you advise on the return process for the incorrect Supershieldz?Can they be returned to a local store?

Hello, I recently purchased the TMS Tiara 4-Piece Mid Century Dining Set with Bench and found that all the pieces are in good condition except for the chairs. Unfortunately, there were no screws or other necessary equipment included for the chairs, and I have already disposed of the box, making it difficult to return the whole set. I really like the product, but I have been unable to find the specific screws needed for the chairs at local stores. Good morning! I would like to return 2 boxes of items to Walmart that arrived a week late because FedEx placed our boxes on the wrong truck, sending our order to another city (Atlanta). The underprivileged children's Christmas party took place last Saturday, Dec. 14. As a result, we had to purchase these items locally at Walmart. Since FedEx caused this issue, I understand Walmart is the one handling the refund. I have kept the two unopened boxes and would appreciate advice on expediting the refund process. I bought a TV using Affirm on your site and was initially promised a delivery by Dec 26. However, I just received a notification that it won't arrive until Jan 17 or 24, [redacted]. I placed an online order for a men's robe and flannel pajamas around December 6th. I did receive the robe but instead of the pajamas, I received a men's T-shirt that I did not order. The T-shirt had the same tracking number as the pajamas, causing confusion. Despite multiple attempts to explain the issue, the company keeps insisting that the order was received due to the shared tracking number. They have promised me a credit of $24.95, but I have yet to see anything and I am unable to get in touch with anyone to resolve this. Can someone assist me with this matter?

I bought a seven-piece patio wicker table set with six chairs, but instead of receiving it, I got a 100lb concrete umbrella stand. After contacting Walmart customer service, they promised to send a replacement set. However, the replacement they sent was another 100lb umbrella stand instead of the table set I ordered. I'm disappointed as this was meant to be a Christmas present. I really need them to send the correct item this time.

I contacted you via email to explain the difficulty I have in printing a label to return a cell phone that was misrepresented in the ad as being compatible with Verizon when it is not. Despite my repeated and polite requests for a return label, I have only received an unprintable label via email. I am disappointed by this situation as I urgently need the refund due to the additional expenses incurred by the incorrect purchase. Living in a remote mountain town without mail delivery services, I struggle to handle returning items without appropriate assistance. I am disabled, retired, on a fixed income, dealing with health issues, and facing unexpected costs from this purchase. Please refrain from sending further email labels as they are not helpful. I rely on Walmart for purchases, but if this issue persists, I may need to reconsider. I have also involved my son in our shopping, but if this problem continues, we may have to explore other options.

On 12/20, I placed an order online for a tablet pillow pad with in-store same-day pickup for a Christmas gift. My order number is [redacted][redacted]. I added the item to my cart, proceeded to check out, and a purchase price hold was placed on my checking account. I received an email confirming that my order was processing. Later, I received another email stating that my order was canceled due to the product being out of stock. Despite speaking with Kyle A from Walart.com customer service, who mentioned the item was in stock on his end, the issue persisted. Following up with another customer service representative resulted in receiving a $5.00 promo code for my next online purchase. I hope this type of situation can be avoided in the future.

A portion of my order #[redacted]-[redacted], containing the Superman logo and men's jogger pants, was supposedly delivered to my local Walmart by FedEx on Thursday. The Assistant Manager at Walmart informed me about my other two items sent there, but mentioned she couldn't locate the specific package I am referring to. This package seems to be lost, even though it was not a site-to-store item. These items were intended for Christmas, and I would appreciate it if they could be resent to my home address.

In [redacted], I got a class ring from Walmart that has been lost. Recently, I was contacted to confirm if a found ring is mine. Unfortunately, I don't remember any details about the ring except that it was silver and belonged to Krystal Nicole Griffin from North Iredell High School in [redacted]. I need to figure out what options I chose for the ring to confirm it's mine after 22 years. How can I go about remembering the details to finally confirm ownership?

I have been dealing with two charges on my Walmart Argentina account for months that I don't recognize. Even though they accepted my claim, they deducted the amount and then recharged me the following week. Now there's a $46 charge in dollars for something I never bought. I've called several times today, but every time I reach someone they transfer me to a department that disconnects. They left Argentina, and now no one at Walmart Constituyentes knows what to do to resolve this issue.
