I placed an order through your Marketplace on October 24, expecting it to arrive at my home by November 1. However, the merchandise never reached me. After speaking to a representative on November 4, I was assured that the issue would be expedited by contacting the selling company, All American Racers. They were supposed to follow up within 24 hours, but nobody ever did. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. Despite understanding that this is not directly your fault, as the company is a seller on your platform, the lack of communication and delayed shipping is unacceptable. The item, a Gypsy-type long sleeve blouse, was meant to be delivered by November 1 but has been stuck in Katy, Texas, since October 25. I have attempted to reach out to All American Racers without success. This experience has made me hesitant to order from them in the future.

I placed an order for item number [redacted][redacted]47 via my phone. The package was marked as delivered on the 6th, but I have not received it. I have contacted customer service, and they mentioned investigating the issue. It has been three days since I received a text message, but I still haven't heard back. I simply wish for someone to update me regarding the situation. If I am unable to receive my order, I believe I am entitled to a refund. It doesn't seem fair to keep both the money and the item, leaving me with nothing. Thank you. - MB

The manager at the auto center on I 45 and West Rd, whose name is Rudy, refused to replace the defective battery I had purchased. Despite multiple tests confirming the battery was faulty and assurances of replacement, upon arriving to switch it today, he insisted on another test and declined the exchange. Even though the battery has a 5-year warranty, Rudy discriminated against us for not speaking English, even though we are fluent in Spanish. He mistreated and discriminated against us during this whole exchange.

On Thanksgiving, just after 10 PM, I tried to purchase the advertised Apple Watch Series (white) online for $[redacted] but could not find the product. I tried for over an hour, and even asked my daughter to assist, but she also had no luck. Today (11/30), on the national news with Lester Holt, there was a report that Walmart received numerous complaints about this issue. Walmart mentioned a "glitch" and assured that they would honor the price in the ad despite the ordering window being closed. I reached out to my local Walmart, but they couldn't assist me. I recently visited my local Walmart and bought some items, including a 5 pack of BIC lighters (which I can prove with the receipt). When I got home, I realized the lighters were missing. Despite searching my vehicle thoroughly, I couldn't find them. I reached out to Walmart multiple times to check the Self Checkout area I used and review the security footage to confirm if I left the lighters behind accidentally, but my calls went unanswered. I am hoping Walmart can assist with checking the security footage to locate the missing lighters or provide me with a replacement pack.

I recently purchased a Supersonic SC-[redacted] 7-inch portable digital LCD TV from Walmart online for a total estimated cost of $63.19. Unfortunately, when I contacted the store in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin, I was informed they do not carry the item. Free pickup was only available in Coon Rapids, Wisconsin, which is not convenient for me. I am hoping for assistance with this matter as the clerk at the St. Croix Falls Walmart was unable to help me.

I placed an in-store pickup order for 10 items on Monday, December 2, [redacted], at 3:00 PM. I got a confirmation email saying I would be notified when my order was ready for pickup, with a deadline of 8:00 PM the same day. Despite waiting from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the designated area, my order couldn't be located, so I left. I have yet to receive an email notifying me that my order can be collected.

Approximately a week before Thanksgiving, I visited Walmart on Old York Rd. in Rock Hill, S.C. in search of a 22 to 24lb turkey, but they were out of stock. After speaking with two employees who were unaware of more stock, I approached the manager, Reece, for assistance. Reece went above and beyond to help me, calling in and finding turkeys on a frozen-shut trailer. Eventually, he located a 23lb turkey for me and apologized for the inconvenience. I believe Reece's dedication to customer service deserves recognition. Thank you, Reece, for your exceptional help that day!

I ordered an iPhone on November 27, [redacted], during the Early Black Friday sale. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. The original delivery date was set for December 3rd. After reaching out to Elvis in customer service, I was advised to check back today. The current status shows "Delayed - check back later for status update." I am concerned about the delivery and need to know when I can expect it to arrive so that someone is home to receive it.

Regarding Order #[redacted]-[redacted] placed on 11/28/19, I contacted Jonathan from the help desk regarding the $8.68 shipping charge issue. I encountered this charge even though I believed I had qualified for free shipping by reaching the $35 minimum order value as indicated on Walmart's website. Jonathan clarified that certain items in my order were from different vendors, resulting in the shipping charge. I found this information misleading. I was disappointed that despite ordering from Walmart and being informed of free shipping, I still incurred the charge. Jonathan assured me he would escalate my request for a refund to his supervisor, indicating I'd receive an email. However, a week has passed with no update. My online shopping experience with Walmart has been unsatisfactory in this instance. I kindly request a follow-up on this matter. Thank you.

I pre-ordered a Samsung Curved screen TV from Walmart before Black Friday. I got a notification that my TV was ready for pickup, but when I went to the store, they couldn't find my order. I showed them all the details and the message I received, but they still couldn't locate it. This happened a few times, and each time I was told to reorder. I didn't want to pay for two TVs, so I insisted that I had already ordered one. Frustrated, I ended up reordering and requesting delivery. I recently ordered an HP 14 laptop. When I tracked my package, it showed as delivered, but I never received it or got an email notification from Walmart. I felt frustrated when customer service was unhelpful, claiming it wasn't their responsibility. On December 8th, [redacted], around 12:10 pm, a colleague and I visited Walmart on Irby Street in Florence, SC, to purchase Christmas decorations for the Pee Dee Center, which is a residential facility for individuals with special needs. We found a box of branch garland marked at $0.98 each and took eight of them. However, at the self-checkout, the price came up as $2.67 instead of the posted $0.98. A department manager was called to assist, and after checking the box and confirming no price on the package wrapper, she agreed that the store was at fault for the incorrect price and offered one at $0.98. We believed that all eight should have been priced at $0.98 each as displayed directly under the box. I tried contacting the store twice over the phone, but was put on hold for more than 15 minutes each time before sending this email.

I didn't check my receipt until I got home and noticed a mistake. I bought 3 coffee filters in a box and 1 bottle of Tide, but I was charged for 1 coffee filter and 3 Tides. It seems there was an error during the scanning process. The Tide costs $11.97, while the coffee filters are $1.56 per box. We already unpacked everything at home. I require authorization to release the hold on my order at Joann's Fabric. Mistakenly, I entered my address instead of my soon-to-be father-in-law's during checkout. The website didn't accept my address when I registered. However, I confirmed with Joann's that the items I need are still available. My upcoming wedding needs these beads for the bouquet, but I can't collect them until the hold is released. This occurred on 12/6 for $8.73. It seems like someone might have obtained the card information and depleted the funds. This frustrating situation has left me feeling cheated out of my money with no means of preventing it due to the lack of support. I urgently request a refund and hope to rectify this unsettling incident.

Hello, I purchased a Lenovo Laptop on November 28, [redacted]. I was dismayed to discover that my package was marked as delivered when it was not received. The tracking ID shows that the package was delivered to a different state and address. I request that my package be sent to the correct address ([redacted] Park Boulevard, E.D.I USA LCC, Seminole, FL [redacted]) by December 17, [redacted], as I will be traveling abroad for a business trip and do not have anyone available to receive the package.
