re*order ********-******, I returned item CH***WN, HP** Ink Cartridge, black, for $**.**, as it was faulty. Was sent a return label & immediately wrapped the item for return. Now they are saying a different item,**HP * pk Black*tri-color, is being charged back to my account, for which I received long ago & did not request a refund for that item. I would like to have that charge, $**.** credited back to my account & have a credit only for the single black cartridge I returned. How can this be? Can you please help us. Thank you Stephen Bates.
