The issue in GetHuman-jfvg's own words
received email with a password reset code which I did not request. Made several telephone calls to let you know I did not request and from the phone tree was told that a new card had been mailed to me and asked if I wanted to activate it. Never received any card or information that account was being transferred to Capital One after pressing more buttons I finally spoke with a person who tried to help but seemed very confused I just want to follow up with you to be sure that all accounts associated with my name and email are cancelled. My name is Carole Ferrari account **** **** **** **** my son had an account **** **** **** **** I believe this account has been closed but it did have my email address associated with it so I want to be sure it is cancelled. Please reply.

GetHuman-jfvg did not yet indicate what WalMart should do to make this right.
