I purchased [redacted] 85 R16 tires from Walmart.com, and the ordering process was smooth, except for an unexpected merchandise fee. When I took the tires to be mounted at their Tire Center, I faced major issues. They claimed they couldn't unmount the tire from my Chevy truck's 16-inch wheel due to a lack of equipment. I had to go to another shop to have the tires mounted, which incurred extra costs. Walmart left the purchased tires unattended on my truck, which was concerning. This experience frustrated me because I was promised free mounting at Walmart, but they proved incapable. This isn't the first problem I've had with Walmart's Tire Center. It's disappointing to order tires and then not be able to have them mounted due to incompetence. It ended up costing me extra time, money, and gas due to their inefficiency. I give the Walmart Tire Center in Show Low a poor rating. I will no longer be ordering tires from Walmart due to the unnecessary hassle of getting basic tires mounted on a basic truck – a service they couldn't handle.

Order Number: [redacted]-[redacted] Email: p**[redacted] I do not have a Walmart account, but an order was processed without me having an account. I placed an order for a Refurbished Apple iPad 6th Gen 128GB Wi-Fi in Space Gray for $[redacted].00. Immediately after ordering, I requested a cancellation as it was sold by a Market seller, not Walmart. Unfortunately, the cancellation could not be completed due to a system error. I have contacted Walmart Customer Service multiple times for cancellation, with no response. The order has been shipped without notice, and despite promises for updates, no resolution has been given after two days. As I am currently abroad, it is difficult for me to return the item myself. I kindly request that Walmart arranges for the parcel to be picked up due to the error and cancels the credit card payment. I hope to receive a prompt update on this matter.

I was terminated from Walmart in St. Augustine, FL in February. I attempted to be rehired through the corporate office, but my request was denied. Interestingly, the colleague I was fired alongside has been rehired since then, despite our shared accusation of theft. I want to clarify that I have never engaged in theft. The incident involved me purchasing an iron skillet before it was discounted and put back on the shelf due to its poor condition. This action was misconstrued as theft by our Asset Protection (AP) team, leading to our dismissal. Co-manager John Wallace believed we should have received a lesser punishment, such as coaching, rather than being fired. I am determined to appeal this decision and seek reinstatement at Walmart.

I work in the Fresh Department and back in April, I applied for the Fresh Cap 1 position. The manager hired someone else without speaking to me first, but then offered me a split schedule between Fresh Cap 1 and Bakery/Deli. I immediately expressed my desire to focus on Fresh Cap 1 only, as planned. Despite my efforts, I've been stuck with this split schedule for five months now. I repeatedly asked the assistant manager for the Fresh Cap 1 position I originally applied for, but he kept delaying or ignoring my requests. I have a special needs grandson and need a stable full-time schedule. I feel misled and frustrated by the situation at store [redacted]. - April M.

I worked at Walmart and was wrongfully terminated for attendance reasons just before the policy changed at Store [redacted]. Mr. Logan displayed a biased attitude towards me, Felix Pernett, and used the attendance policy as an excuse to let me go. Despite being a regular customer at the pharmacy, I was denied employment upon reapplication due to failing an assessment test, possibly influenced by Mr. Logan. I voiced my concerns to Mr. Logan at the store, which led to a confrontation and embarrassment with loss-prevention employee Mr. Brian Kozak. I involved the police, leading to a forbearance decision. This unfortunate situation has caused hardship for my family, especially considering my wife's heart condition. I am a proud American citizen and Vietnam veteran seeking reinstatement at Walmart, with an apology from Mr. Logan and Mr. Brian. -Felix P.

I recently purchased two Walmart gift cards, each valued at $[redacted], for my grandkids to buy PlayStation 4 Pro consoles. Unfortunately, the cards have been locked due to suspicion of a scam, which is incorrect. I urgently need these cards unlocked so I can proceed with the purchases. I work at Walmart Supercenter #[redacted] in Springfield, MO and I am transferring to #[redacted] in Kansas City, MO. I am in the process of buying a house a few hours away from my current location due to personal reasons. I need a letter from a manager confirming my transfer, hourly wage, and full-time status for the loan underwriter. Unfortunately, I've been struggling to get this letter for 3-4 weeks as one store says I'm not in their system yet and the other can only confirm my current status. I am experiencing difficulty accessing the Walmart Pharmacy App to order my prescriptions or view my prescription history for the past year. The app is showing my medical provider as "AAA" instead of the correct carrier which is "FREEDOM HEALTH." Despite trying to uninstall and reinstall the app, I am unable to correct this error on my own. I am reaching out to request Walmart's assistance in correcting this issue internally. The store I visit has my records under Freedom Health, not AAA or Good RX. I have relied on this app to manage my medications promptly, but now it is causing issues as I cannot anticipate when my medications will expire and require a refill. I am asking for Walmart's IT department or Customer Service to either address this internally or provide guidance on how I can resolve it. I am not willing to pay for legal assistance to get a resolution.

I had a problem with the self-checkout at the Florence, Kentucky store. I selected $[redacted] cash back, but the dispenser didn't work, and I didn't receive the money. The employee couldn't help, so I asked for a manager, but they couldn't reach one. I had limited time as I was on my lunch break from my job as an EMT and needed to return to work. I left to come back later, but was stopped as there was no proof I didn't get the cash. After returning, I was told to wait till the next morning to resolve the issue. When I called, I was informed to wait for security footage to be reviewed, which wouldn't happen until 10 a.m. This delay and lack of assistance have upset me, and I don't plan to shop at Walmart again due to this frustrating experience.

I reached out to Walmart through various channels but have not received a response. Last Wednesday (9/18), I visited the Walmart in Berlin, MD, where I had a terrible experience. While at the self-checkout with my daughter, someone snatched my phone as they passed by. Seeking help at the service desk, I encountered two unhelpful women, Shayla and Orlean, who rudely refused to let me use their phone to call the authorities, instructing me to wait in line instead. Distressed, I hurried home to contact Walmart, and a manager named Ashlee or Ashleen advised me to return for assistance. Unfortunately, upon my return, the manager only reiterated that I should have involved the police. I used my iPad to track my phone, which indicated it had not left the store. Despite reporting the incident to the service desk, I was met with unhelpful responses. However, three helpful employees at the entertainment desk, Erica, Chris, and James, kindly assisted me in searching for my phone. Chris even confronted the service desk staff about the situation. Following this distressing encounter, I no longer feel comfortable shopping at that store, especially with my daughter who becomes upset whenever we enter any store. The lack of satisfactory service at the Berlin Walmart has left me deeply disappointed.

I have been trying to access my pay stub information from when I worked at store [redacted] in Avon, Indiana. While employed there, I injured my right foot while pushing carts, resulting in a broken bone. After seeking medical help at Concentra and eventually from my own doctor, it was discovered through an MRI that the bone was fractured. I had to wear a knee-high boot with a bootie for support. I experienced adverse reactions to medication and had difficulty with my job duties due to my injury, ultimately leading to me resigning. I have since recovered and reapplied for a job there, only to find out that I have accrued 8.5 points against me, preventing me from being rehired until they expire. I suspect some of these points were unfairly given while I was dealing with the broken foot, which was a Workers' Compensation case. I am requesting my payroll records to review when the points were issued as I believe they were during my injury. I have been unsuccessful in obtaining these records from HR and require prompt assistance as I plan to involve an attorney in my case. Thank you. - Suzanne Hubbard

Hello, I unfortunately fell victim to a scammer on September 24th. The scammer tricked me into purchasing a $[redacted].00 Walmart Gift Card. I am seeking assistance in addressing this issue. On the same day, I also mistakenly bought a $[redacted].00 Home Depot card, but Home Depot has kindly agreed to reimburse me with a check within 15 days. I possess a Police Report about the incident and have documentation such as photos of the card numbers and the receipt. Any help you can provide on this matter would be greatly appreciated. I've been dealing with a situation for the past three days, and it still hasn't been resolved. Whenever I try to check out, I keep receiving an error message stating, "There was a problem transferring you to checkout. The failure has been logged. Please try again." I received another email this morning reminding me that I have items in my shopping cart in the photo department and prompting me to check out. My card needs to be reactivated. I've been on the phone with one of the rude girls from the security department. She was very unpleasant. I am a 65-year-old woman who can't get my card activated, and it's quite disheartening. Please, can someone help me with my card and lift the hold on it? All I want is to buy what I need when I need it. I have done everything Walmart asks of me. I will make the payment soon. I am just very frustrated. Furthermore, when I requested to speak with someone higher than her, she was rude and implied I was young. Please, start my card as soon as possible, thank you.

Regarding my order #[redacted][redacted], I ordered motor oil, but upon returning home today, I discovered an empty box on my front porch. The box seems to be damaged, torn open, and I am unsure if this occurred during shipping or if someone tampered with it while left unattended. Inside the box, there is only the paper packaging filler. I attempted to address this online by indicating "missing parts" and requesting a replacement for the order. Unfortunately, I received a shipping label to return a product that was never delivered to me. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter.

I made an order last week and have received most of the items, but I'm missing two. According to the information provided, the missing items were supposed to arrive on Monday. Despite receiving a separate item today, the Garlic Geltabs and Spring Valley Vit C Chewable Fruit Tabs did not come. I received an unexpected email with a password reset code, which I did not request. After making numerous phone calls to address this issue, I was informed through the automated system that a new card was sent to me and asked if I wanted to activate it. However, I have not received any card or notification about my account being transferred to Capital One. After navigating through the options, I finally spoke with a representative who seemed confused but tried to assist me. I just want to confirm that all accounts linked to my name and email are canceled. My name is C. Ferrari, and I had an account with number 5[redacted] 2[redacted]. My son also had an account with number 5[redacted] 0[redacted], which I believe was closed, but since my email was associated with it, I want to ensure it is canceled as well. Please provide a response.
