I was fired by Walmart in St Augustine Fl in February! And I tried to get my job back through corporate and they said no! But since then the girl that got fired at the same time as me got rehired! We were both fired for stealing(which by the way I have never stolen anything in my life!) and she also got a fraud charge on top of the theft! She marked down an iron skillet and I purchased it before it got a chance to be marked down and put back on the shelf which by the way it was so rusted up no one would have bought it anyways! Plus it would have been an embarrassment to put something so rusted back on the shelf! But I didn’t realize that this was considered theft! Co manager John Wallace said that neither one of us. Should have been fired said at the most maybe a coaching! But for this our AP fired us! So I would liked to have my job back! And if I have to appeal the case than that is what I will do!
