I received Walmart's email stating the following:*"We have processed a refund of $**.** for your recent order. Please see below for more details. *Order Number : *******-*******Order Date: Sun, Mar **, **** "**This refund is only part of what should be credited. I also returned the "Women's Floral Print V-neck Tunic" at a price of $**.**. These two tops were returned together and received at Collections Etc. on April *, ****, at *:** am. These were returned with the "return copy" form and both were marked code **: "Value not as expected".**Please credit me $**.** for the additional item returned. If you need copies of proof of return, please let me know.
GetHuman-dorismck did not yet indicate what WalMart should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-dorismck fixed the problem
I was finally able to locate the "help" email address of Walmart (help@Walmart.com) so that I could describe the problem by way of an email. They asked for the tracking number of my returned item. As soon as they received the tracking number, they responded immediately and "fixed" the problem.
