I'm currently at store* ****. I needed to purchase a modem for my home. Asked for help from a representative. For the type of modem , that I needed. Alex in electronics was very helpful. I also asked about the difference between the two models. At that time a price check was done. Product in wrong area on shelf. I asked for a manager . Danielle arrived to the side after speaking to Alex the customer service rep. I asked if the person he was speaking to was the manager. Her reply..Danielle I'm checking security footage first. I was very upset that she would check footage. Before even speaking to the customer. I was accused before she even spoke to me. NOT HAPPY

This should not have been. The manager Danielle never apologized. For never speaking to me. Once I had requested for a supervisor or manager to make an executive decision. I was talked to very abruptly. Yes. I purchased it because i needed. So if you think its okay to treat customers in this manner. I guess the problem was solved. I will not return to that store again.. HORRIBLE
