I was sent size * girls shoes when I ordered size **. The *’s were huge. When I chatted to Walmart online, they told me they would send correct size out and that I must return the others before ** days. Within a couple of days I returned the shoes to the local Walmart. A few days later I get the new shoes. Today I get an email saying I will be charged for the incorrect shoes if I do not post them in. I no longer have the shoes, Walmart does. What do you advise??
