The issue in GetHuman-natguard's own words
We purchased a Epson *** Dura Brite black ink. on *******. The price at the store was different than the one online( it was a savings in our favor). The CSR, Tanya argued initially that the one in store had a catch phrase* Whereas the one online didn't. She took us to be incompetent, and she had an unpleasant attitude. She then used her scanner and she came up with the same instore price( not in our favor). She then questioned if we were on the Walmart.com web pge( she saw it herself). She refused to honor the online price. Specifically, we pd $**.**, online says the same item for $*.**. We have screen captured the online price, & we have a copy of our receipt. Kindly send an e-mail so that we can forward these items to your office.*Thank you in advance.
