I would like to speak with someone about Walmart Pay. I understand you have went to a new system in order for us to be able to take advantage of Savings Catcher. I have tried to comply* however, both attempts I have made to use Walmart Pay have been a complete disaster. First, I DO NOT want my personal credit card or check card information stored on Walmart Pay. I have opted to pay with gift cards only* however, EVERY time I purchase on Walmart.com using a credit card or check card my card is automatically linked to Walmart Pay. This is annoying and I believe an invasion of privacy as well as my preferences. I have had to go into Walmart Pay and delete these cards more that once. **Second, your employees have not been trained on how to assist someone trying to use Walmart Pay. On my first attempt to use Walmart Pay the cashier assured me that I could scan my my receipt after the transaction. When I assured her that I could not according to the emails and notices I have been receiving from Walmart she tried to show me on my phone that I could and then wondered why the app on my phone didn't look like hers and then opened her phone, etc. (which is was wrong) By then I needed to go as I was on a time schedule and I just completed the transaction with a different payment method with no option to be able to use Walmart Pay to scan. **My next attempt I had purchased a gift card and uploaded it to Walmart Pay to be able to use as the payment method. When I tried to open Walmart Pay it kept saying I had a bad internet connection. It clearly was not my phone. I could get on any other app or website on my phone. I even connected to Walmart internet and still could not access Walmart Pay, even though my phone was still able to get on any other website or app of my choosing. So once again I could not use Savings Catcher. **I am very frustrated. Savings Catcher is what made me only shop at Walmart instead of chasing sales at all the other stores. However, with these new changes, I will be taking my business elsewhere. **I thought you would like to know that I am dissatisfied and give you the opportunity to find another way for customers to price match that is more convenient than Walmart Pay. Not only does Walmart Pay not work, but I am angry that if I purchase something on Walmart.com that my credit card information is automatically stored on Walmart Pay. I will be deleting the Walmart Pay app today. Hopefully, my information will not be stored in your system.**I do have copies of my last two receipts scanned and saved in my history on my Walmart Account as well as a copy saved on my computer if you would like a copy and would be able to process these receipts in Saving Catcher for me. **Like I said, I have been a loyal Walmart shopper, but I will be shopping the sales and going to a variety of stores from now on due to your recent changes with Savings Catcher.**Sincerely,*Cheri Tew
