I feel like I should be compensated for going out of my way to get money that was sent to me and there should not have been any problem my time energy was wasted I'm two people that didn't do their job properly therefore made my day longer and more stressful and I really believe that Walmart is a big enough company that they could make it right by giving me a gift card or something but I wasn't even told the words I'm sorry with helping me figure out what to do about the problem I was just left in the dark with a lot of anxiety

I was trying to pick up money Walmart to Walmart that my husband had sent me from St George Utah and I was turned away with them telling me there was nothing they could do on their end no sorry no nothing I just had to figure it out myself ... On this particular day I went to pick up some money that was sent to me Walmart to Walmart from my husband who was in St George we do this quite frequently and it always works out fine but this particular time a Walmart customer service lady named Amelia put in the number that was given to me by my ex-husband and a picture form over the phone of the number that was given to him I showed this to Amelia she entered the number two or three times and it didn't work she then turned and asked a lady named Ruth who was another customer service person if she could help Ruth enter the number and turned to me and said there is nothing we can do on our end you will have to go and talk to whoever sent you the money which wouldn't help my proof is right there in the picture that was sent to me the date the amount of money the confirmation number and anything else that's given on the piece of paper when they make it to send money on my husband's end I turned around and walked away feeling desperate because I needed the money for my daughter who just had surgery and I was getting it to buy her some prescriptions so to meet us as an emergency and very very urgent to them it seems like no big deal and the not to bother them with my issue anymore it was nothing they could do on their end so I left there and went to another Walmart ** minutes away they enter the number with no problem and I got my money within * minutes
Like I said before it was very frustrating and I had no idea as to where to turn and to meet us as an urgent matter since my daughter had just got out of surgery and needed me to be there at that time with her prescriptions to take home with us I want to know if I can get compensated for my time and the ignorance of the Walmart customer service people when it was actually their problem on their end this issue is not fixed my name is Nancy my phone number is ***-*** **** I'd like someone to get back to me and tell me if I can be compensated for this or not
I'm a good customer because I go to Walmart almost every day if it's not the big Walmart is stiff the little store Walmart it just has food but I am a faithful Walmart customer and we always go through Walmart sending money but now I'm not sure if I want to do it that way cuz they were so rude
I called customer service and they acted as though they were sorry but it was no big deal
