Never received card with my name. Went on line and reported card lost*stolen. Not received is not listed ad option. Completed request for card to be sent to different address than my ID. Received email requesting photo of my ID. How can I confirm I will get new card sent to address where I know A. someone is at home B. Change in address for delivery is to ensure card will arrive. I have not permanently changed addresses.*There is no option no add notes of explanation. No instructions or options regarding mailing addresses, especially if card not was not received.*Thanks
