To whom it may concern,**I have recently ordered a television online and had it shipped to my home, but the product was delivered damaged. The packaging has corner damage and upon opening the package, it seems that it has glass shards within it.**My order number is *******-****** and I have photographs I can provide of the damage to the screen. There are cracks on the panel from what I can see from the topside.**May I ask for assistance?**Thank you,*Michael
