We are so frustrated that I finally reached out to Lucid Mattress for help. One of your shining stars actually suggested we place this new, unused, white mattress outside and not worry about it. We need our refund to be processed. It isn't my fault Walmart's system wasn't processing my order appropriately the day I made my purchase. I selected a King, Walmart shipped me a Queen. The box isn't even clearly marked with the size which I addressed with Lucid also. We need this thing out of our home and wish to released from the responsibility of it's care. We also need our refund. $*** is a lot of money to people you live on Social Security.
