On ********* I shopped at store******. On **** I received a text message stating that my Walmart receipt was one of * that was selected for a $*,***.** gift card. Being that I had just shopped at your store I thought that this was a legitimate Walmart contest. But to my surprise it was not. * On **** I checked my bank balance and it was short by a total of $**.** . I then realized something was wrong. So i researched my account and found out what the *fraudulent* charges were, they were for items that I did't purchase. I contacted them and they at Shopprimestore in Florida and cancelled those order's, I was told that they would be and my money would be refunded. Today I went to my bank to check my balance and $**.** was credited to my account but the remaining $**.** i will receive by check in *- ** business days. on ***** one of your employees at Walmart corporate told me that Walmart doesn't do business with *rd parties and that Walmart security protects customer information. Because of this issue I disagree, as somehow this company got my information. Otherwise how would they know that I had recently shopped at your store. Furthermore I had to cancel my debit card and get a knew one. Also because I thought that it was a legitimate contest, the real contest on my receipt expired, not only did this occurrence cause unnecessary problems for me being on a fixed income but i miss out on the $*,***.** gift card. I'm sending this message to inform of the security breach so you can prevent this from happening again or some poor elderly person that might be effected and not catch it like have. I would like a response either by phone **** ****- **** or E-mail. As I feel victimized and feel that I Will think twice about shopping at your store and at Walmart.com as i have in past. * Respectfully and frustrated * Herbert Fortier
