Place an order with walmart.com ... Hi. I'm a first time walmart.com customer, and I'm having problems getting walmart.com to accept my small business company credit card. **My order * *******-****** was canceled by walmart, with the following explanation: "Thanks for your recent order. We're really sorry, but we've canceled the items shown below because we couldn't verify some or all of your payment information. Please sign in to your account and be sure your billing address, phone number and credit card information is correct and current." **So I reviewed my info and thought I found a problem and corrected it. *Then I tried to reorder the item: order * *******-******. This time my order has disappeared from walmart.com's tracker completely. It originally said 'canceled' on their tracker, but then it disappeared entirely after that. No email was sent to me the second time, either to confirm or cancel the order. Maybe it just hasn't come yet. **However, both times I ordered, my bank notified me as it always does that it approved the transactions. I don't want to get double-billed for this order but I need it to go through, or I need to find out what I need to do to satisfy walmart.com that my company credit card is legit. I've been shopping at walmart all of my life. This is my first attempt to shop with them online at walmart.com
I've gone thru their help site, and it was unhelpful.
