There are many ways to submit a complaint to DirectTV but the best option is to call in. If you call into DirectTV you are more likely to get a strong resolution than using http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/global/contentPageNR.jsp?assetId=P1700006.

Get replacement ... I received a home delivery today for a TV.*It was delivered from Fed Ex.*It was broken due to poor handling.*I had to go all the way to the nearest Walmart to return.*This defeats the purpose of online saving me time and energy.*This was an RCA **” (RTU****)*I wouldlike an upgrade for my *Inconvenience and would like to have it shipped to the store so I can verify condition.*At this time I am not happy with this transaction.
Ordered online but had to go to store to return
Upgrade to tv I returned.
Buy many items at this store
Reordered tv and will pickup in store to check condition before taking home
